My first buy from etrailer Corp, which I found by chance seeking to replace my old Thule Classic storage box. I opted for the slower delivery method, but that was a conscious choice. The parcel tracking and related info was excellent and it took just a few days for the envelope with the keys to arrive. The ordering process was superb as well and the old coded keys I received fit the locks without issues. Give these guys/gals a try, you will be pleased.

keys are perfect match and work as they should. Very pleased to get the keys & replacement cylinder for future replacement if needed. I bought the cargo carrier
at local thrift shop after it had been reduced by 80 % off which if I remember correctly was less than $10 pennies on the dollar compared to what a new one would of coast to include shat I've spent with you which makes the whole package under $45. I am a retired disabled veteran who served 30 years and appreciate saving as much as I can as we live on a very limited retirement income.

I am glad we had the right key for you Robin! I keep a set in my glove box, and an extra set at home, I too like to misplace things. Did the lost one show up yet? I feel like they always have a funny way of doing so after we get the new one.

The key works perfectly. I had a car topper that had been sitting in my yard for several years that I wanted to use. I tried every key I could find but could not open the topper. Once I figured out the number key I needed, I ordered a new key from etrailer. The company had great communication letting me know when they received my order, when they shipped it and when I received it. I would highly recommend etrailer for replacement keys.

Replacement key fit perfectly and after shipping issues from the carrier (outside etrailer control). Staff stayed attentive to the order, noticed the shipment was stuck in a loop with usps and repackaged a new shipment to make sure I received the product. Highly recommend!! Service is outstanding!!!

Still works perfect!

I had ordered a replacement key for my cargo carrier from another company that said it would work but was only terribly disappointed when I received it and it did not. So, I found your company and ordered another key and was so happy when I was finally able to unlock the carrier and get out my gear. Thank you so much! It was perfect!

The keys were perfect, I could open the top parts of the rack but it seems that the bottom parts that sit on the roof are different cause I can open the end parts on them and there is no number on them or indication to match to a key number, beside that I,m very satisfied thank you

I couldnt find a number on the bottom rack and as I didnt need it right away, I will take to the locksmith to open it and install a new barrel

Amazing service! Leaving for vacation and two days prior couldn't find lock key for my Thule cargo carrier. Found one on etrailer and next day had it. Paid premium for over night but gotta do what you gotta do.

Was hoping key would fit my vw locking roof bars and was so happy to find the key I ordered would fit. It was my understanding that vw roof bars are made by Thule. It seems to be the case so I'm very happy.
