The keys were perfect, I could open the top parts of the rack but it seems that the bottom parts that sit on the roof are different cause I can open the end parts on them and there is no number on them or indication to match to a key number, beside that I,m very satisfied thank you

Unfortunately this key did NOT work for my Sears 20-SV cargo carrier with a A108 lock. I tried “tapping” the key into the lock as recommended and it still will it not work. Was told this was the replacement key I needed. Tried everything I could and no luck.
Wow, this company really understands customer service. I ordered the wrong product (I was in a rush) and when I called them to share my error, the customer service person not only quickly rectified it, but sent me several follow-up emails to let me know that all was well, when I could expect the correct product, and then another email letting me know it was on its way. Telephone service and email service were efficient, friendly, and definitely focused on my needs and my convenience.
Not to mention that I was ordering a key for a Thule bike rack I purchased many years ago. They had the key and now I am ready to roll!
