Solution for Replacement Thule A108 Key that Doesn't Fully Seat

Question:
Thule lock says A108 ordered N108, does not fit, arent all N108 the same, also looking for a Thule E122 can you help me. Thanks,

The Thule N and A keys are the same so the correct key for your A108 would be the N108 that you have now with part # THKEYN108. Sometimes with new Thule keys you have to fully seat them the first time with a hammer to get them to go all the way in and turn. You don't have to really smash the key or anything but use a hammer to tap it all the way in. This is a one time thing and wouldn't be required once done once.
