My Thule 3 bike rack has served me well. I had it for 11 years. It stood up well, except for the straps that secure the bike to the rack. I only put one bike on the 3 bike rack, and I always use the space closest to the car. The straps that secure the bike there had begun to fray. I wanted to replace them,and replacements are available, but I could not remove the old straps. In the meantime, I've purchased an Ebike, and because it is too heavy for me to lift, I needed to get a rack with a ramp. MY Thule bike rack is now for sale on my local yard sale site.

The key I ordered to match the lock number on my roof box fit perfectly and has worked well since I bought it. The phone service was excellent when I ordered this item. It was shipped in a timely manner.

The key works perfectly. I had a car topper that had been sitting in my yard for several years that I wanted to use. I tried every key I could find but could not open the topper. Once I figured out the number key I needed, I ordered a new key from etrailer. The company had great communication letting me know when they received my order, when they shipped it and when I received it. I would highly recommend etrailer for replacement keys.

Replacement key fit perfectly and after shipping issues from the carrier (outside etrailer control). Staff stayed attentive to the order, noticed the shipment was stuck in a loop with usps and repackaged a new shipment to make sure I received the product. Highly recommend!! Service is outstanding!!!

The correct replacement key will have the part number of "THKEYNXXX" with the X's representing the numbers stamped on the face of the lock. The replacement lock I bought from etrailer for my SportRack a Thule roof box has worked wonderfully. I would recommend etrailer to anyone.
