Amazing service! Leaving for vacation and two days prior couldn't find lock key for my Thule cargo carrier. Found one on etrailer and next day had it. Paid premium for over night but gotta do what you gotta do.
The keys were perfect, I could open the top parts of the rack but it seems that the bottom parts that sit on the roof are different cause I can open the end parts on them and there is no number on them or indication to match to a key number, beside that I,m very satisfied thank you

I picked up a GM (by Thule) cargo box at my local Goodwill for $13 last week. Amazingly, all of the parts needed to mount it were still with it, except for the keys to lock it. I found the e trailer website quite easily, learned how to order the correct keys, ordered 2, and received them 3 days later. So far, I’m batting 1000 !

The movers had departed and we were packing the SUV with personal items and getting ready to attach the Thule to the roof rack to depart in 2 days. "Oh no!" The movers packed the box with all of the keys in it!
