Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this replacement hitch side cap for your Thule Apex and Vertex bike racks. That's all right, folks, so this is going to replace one, quantity one, of a damaged black hitch side cap is what it's called for those Thule Apex or Vertex bike racks. Now, there are a lot of different models this fits, I'll throw an image of some on the screen of what this actually looks like on one of those racks. The hitch side cap installs over that arm with an end cap cover. This, again, is just the side cap, this is not the cover.
If you need the cover, that's sold separately. Now, this protects that arm mechanism from the elements and the debris. And as you can see, it's got the port right here to match up just like that image showed for that bar that sticks out. Well, folks, that's it for our look at this replacement hitch side cap, again, from Thule, directly as a replacement part, so you can be sure it's going to work with those Apex and Vertex bike racks.
