Jeff: Hello everybody, this is jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this replacement 16-inch Namsco wheel cover for eight lug wheels. It's for a quantity of one cover.Now this replacement wheel cover will fit over a wheel on the front or rear of your vehicle. You can see it has a nice low profile design, delivers a nice sleek look, and it is made of a 304 Stainless steel construction, which is very sturdy and rustproof. You can see it has a nice mirror finish on it to give you a nice eye catching shine to your wheel. And this is described as an eight hand hold design.
And what they're counting is these holes around the outer edge, so there's eight of them.Now the lug caps on these can be popped out, so you can access the lugs underneath. They're just held in by four clips. So they can be popped out to access your lugs. And if you notice on the back here, I want to zoom in so we can show you, it uses this nice snap in retention system and ensures that this hubcap won't wobble or fall off. There's no hardware required.
All you have to do is line this up with your wheel and push it on all the way to hold it into place.One thing I do want to mention when you go to install this, you do want to find a place where there's a cutout. You notice this area right here, there's a cutout and that's for the valve stem. So you want to make sure this lines up to the valve stem on your wheel, and then go ahead and install it, push it on that way that cut out, it keeps it from damaging your valve stem.A few specs on this. It is for a quantity of one wheel cover. The application again is for eight lug front or rear wheels.
Wheel diameter it fits is 16 inches.A couple of notes on this wheel cover. It will not fit the Budd wheels or the older split rims. The Budd wheels are the ones that are stud piloted wheels that have tapered stud holes, and they'll use lug nuts with a matching taper. And then the split rims are also an older design wheel that would have a split ring around the wheel that holds the tire to the wheel in case of a blowout. Both of those design wheels are older designs, so it will not fit either one of those, but it does fit all the other ones.But that should do it for the review on the replacement 16-inch Namsco wheel cover for eight lug wheels..
