This is a plastic construction, and it's just there to provide that cushion and anti-friction force between your components for your Dem co Tow Bar. This works for the Commander, the Excalibar and also the Dominator. The size, just for reference, outer diameter is about an inch, inner diameter is about half an inch. It's about an 1/8 an inch thick.
