I'd honestly recommend purchasing directly from Rack'Em. I wasn't aware these catchers come from a different company, and their process of identifying which catcher you need along with accompanying brackets is more straightforward. This one I purchased did not fit my mower, but all I had to do with Rack'Em was send a picture of my mower deck and they responded with exactly what I needed.
Works well with dry grass, but slightly moist grass it will only fill half way.I Install this on my 60 inch ExMark and it kept me very busy emptying it. Grass was about 2 inches longer than normal and it seemed like I was emptying it about every 300 feet of mowing. Combine that with an acre and a half worth of mowing I was doing a lot of emptying and was re-thinking my dumpsite locations. The price didn’t seem bad but after I bought it realize that it didn’t come with the extension piece you have to buy that extra which I would recommend but in combination makes it expensive. The other issue I had with it is the hardware supplied has a pin that is part of the mounting system, and is wearing a flat spot on it only after mowing with it one time. Does a good job catching the grass, but don’t think this is the same thing as a regular grass catching system with a blower, and a big clipping holding system.
I tried it out and works as advertised. The top handle needed to lift it off mower when it is full will not bolt on due to placement of bolt holes. I will have to modify some how to make it work. You need that handle when it is full .
Performs well, exceeded my expectations. Some bolts were a bit tricky to install for the handle, but it works better than I expected, considering I have an older mower. I did not have to drill any additional holes in the deck. I bought it for leaf cleanup, it fills fast, which I knew it would, but it will get the job done until I invest in a newer mower with a vacuum system.
The grass catcher works really well. I'm glad I got the the extension unit along with it. I was amazed at how it filled up the entire box along with the extension. A bit heavy when full but the handles are properly placed for balance. The only issues were the bolts to attach the adapter were too short and I had to replace with longer heavier bolts. I thought the bolts were a bit too light for the amount of weight it is able to hold. I also used larger bolts to attach the clamp for the extension. The instructions were quite vague but common sense prevailed. All in all I would recommend it.

Well-built, high quality, functions as advertised on my Exmark 52 stand-on, advise a seal at top of gate, initially it kicks out clippings which can blow straight onto the engine cooling screen, clogging it, though only initially, until it begins to fill. Very satisfied with my new Rack'em grasscatcher!

No assembly directions with product. Fasteners hit the sidewall & couldn’t be assembled.
When I called the manufacturer they said to go online & look at the instructions. I explained to him everyone doesn’t live beside a cell tower. He said if they included the instructions for all models they would have to send a phone book. I told him it should be a problem to include the directions for the model on the box. He didn’t want to talk about the fasteners not lining up.
I would purchase a competitors model. You could have a good product & poor instructions & loose business. In this case the product was not model specific. I think it will work after a little welding & cutting.

Catcher seems to work well. Installation instructions would have been beneficial. Watched the installation video, did not cover all the modifications needed to install on a 61" Scag velocity mower deck.
Two stars simply because of quick delivery came in about two days. However when the catcher arrived upon opening the box it was immediately noticeable that there was damage to the catcher. One side has a massive dent and another decent sized dent on the top of it as well. Disappointed after spending all the money hoping customer service will do something to make this right.
It is still early but I mounted my catcher on my SCAG Tiger Cat II today and mowed several acres. I did not deploy my extension because I wanted to take time to orient myself to the catcher alone. Grass was wet when I started mowing and weight of the grass was a factor in plugging the mouth of the catcher. As the day progressed, catcher performance improved. I plan to deploy the extension soon and hope the additional room will allow grass to fill better. Weight of the catcher when full is significant. Be cautious until you know the product. Overall, I am pleased.
I was happy with the company and the trailer without quickly I received I was able to track my shipment. But I was disappointed and the fact that there was zero instructions to attach the handle and the side Intech. Although you may think it's a no-brainer turned out to be an hour and a half job. Very handy I have worked in construction besides landscaping the holes barely match up and then once you get the matchup to put the screws in it's very difficult to get a washer and even nut on to attach it. Also very disappointed to see that the whole thing is assembled with rivets rivets instead of welds . I have not use the basket yet but I'm guessing the rivets the end sticking up on the inside of the basket are going to create problems with grass sticking all over.
Heading back to no instructions I have two other pieces that came with it and I have no idea where they go. Did you finally get the handle on and the side intake. The easiest part was attaching the bracket to the mower again there should be some instructions and ultimately I think the river rivets are bad idea. .
Using this catcher for leaves, it fills up pretty quickly. It still works great. If it was bigger, it would be pretty heavy when full. Very solid construction.
The folks at etrailer were great to work with. I placed my order and a few days later my grass catcher with proper faceplate and extension arrived at my door. After watching a video on the Grasscatcher website, installation was very easy. This is a great product. Hope this helps someone looking for an honest review.

My Rack ‘em grass catcher is awesome. It’s a little heavy when full but works great. I would recommend it to everyone. The folks at etrailer are great. Fast shipping too!
This is my second purchase of the lawn clippings catcher. I also purchased the additional basket for leaves. It’s a quality product made from good materials (stainless unit with aluminum parts as well) that doesn’t rust when I purchased the first unit. The only reason I purchased another was because my significant other (the wife) hit a tree stump and severely bent the main boy frame. I would recommend this product for ease of use and efficiency.
This is a well made grass catcher. I bumped into tree a couple of times and no denting. I installed on a Scag Turf Tiger II with 61" Velocity'+' deck. i made a few modification to make the fit sturdy and snug against the deck. The plate sent was to be bolted to the deck to make the chute opening smaller for the catcher...however I did not want the deck chute to be smaller permanently! I mounted the plate on the catcher. Also the "Hanger Mount" that attaches to the deck would have been angled not allowing both bolts so I again had to do some modification to the catcher opening. so if you are handy, you can make it work on your unit.
The Rack'em grass catcher arrived in sturdy shipping boxes with no damage. It is solidly constructed but not perfect. See attached pic. The frame for the Scag configuration wasn't welded at the same angle as the grass catcher frame. Also, there are no installation instructions. I watched YouTube videos for help. I received a plate to fill in a gap that isn't close to fitting. In fact, the catcher works fine without it. Additionally, there is a plexiglass plate with mounting hardware that I have no idea where it is to be mounted and for what purpose. With all that said, the catcher works great.

The grass catcher is easy to attach and easy to remove to dump. Its heavy when full but well designed to hold and dump the clippings and leaves. If conditions are dry, youll need a mask because its very dusty coming from the bagger.
