Hi, everyone, Steve here with etrailer. Today, we're taking a look at the EZ Plus to Standard Operating System Conversion Kit for your Meyer V-plows. So folks, this wiring kit is going to update those older plows to the current or modern wiring and controls from those older Meyer plows that are gonna be able to interface with today's electronics on today's vehicle. So again, this primarily works and is designed for the Meyer V-plows with those angling V-blades and a V-70 horizontal pump. And this will help keep your existing plow in service, (indistinct) and everything. It makes a very simplified operation as far as most of it being plug-and-play.
It's gonna utilize the connections on your truck's plugs in the rear for lighting, et cetera. You have all the wiring connector. Most of these are, like I said, push-to-connect Deutsch connectors. You're gonna get an upgraded, new control module remote handle and everything. And then again, everything else is literally pretty much plug-and-play for the most part.
In fact, all of it except for, I think, a couple wires as far as grounding and whatnot. And all these are gonna be able to just push in together. So as long as you're following instructions, taking your time, you should have no problem doing this yourself. That being said, if you don't wanna tackle it, we got you covered.
