Video Transcript for 2013 Ford Escape WeatherTech Mud Flaps: Complete Installation

Today on our 2013 Ford Escape, we're gonna be taking a look at, and showing you how to install, the WeatherTech Mud Flaps, part number: WT110040. These mud flaps are designed to help keep your vehicle clean from road debris and mud. It will block the road dirt from flying up and hitting the side of your car and other motorists. As you can see the mud spatter here on the side of the vehicle, this is what this is gonna prevent. It's gonna be made from a high-quality thermoplastic resin, and it's gonna come in a quantity of two. These are custom fit for your Ford Escape, and they're easy to install.

There's gonna be no drilling and no tire removal for this installation. Now I'll show you how to get them on your car. Down here in the front wheel well, we're gonna see three push pin fasteners. We're gonna remove all three of them. You can use a flat bladed screwdriver to do this. Next what we're gonna do, is we're gonna remove these.

You got two of these that come in your kit, you're gonna install one of them in the bottom hole. Now we'll repeat this entire process for the other side. That'll do it for the WeatherTech Mud Flaps, part number: WT110040, on our 2013 Ford Escape.
