Video Transcript for TempMinder Wireless Weather Station Review

Today we're going to take a look at the TempMinder White Wireless Weather Station. This is a nice, easy-to-read LCD display with a laser green backlight. You can see when I push the light button how it lights up. This will measure indoor temperatures, outdoor temperatures, and humidity. You can select between Celsius and Fahrenheit. It does give you an outdoor temperature range of a -22 degrees Fahrenheit to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

It does offer you 12- to 24-hour electronic weather forecast. It will store minimum and maximum temperature and humidity settings. It does have high and low temperature alerts. It does use an auto-set atomic clock that has a 5-1/2 time zone range, anywheres from Pacific time to Newfoundland time. It does offer an alarm clock with a snooze button. It will display month, date, and day of week in seven languages. It does come with this nice AC adapter that's included that you can just plug into the back right here and then plug that into your wall to supply power.

Now it does have backup battery power. It will use three AAA batteries. Now the batteries are not included. You would have to supply those. For this video, I've put three in there just so I can show you how the display looks. It does come with this nice stand that you can attach to let it stand on its own, or you can remove the stand.

It has an option to hang it onto the wall. Now you can see both the base and the transmitter is white in color. Now you can receive remote temperature and humidity from up to three locations. You can see on this one it will show the temperature and the humidity. Now it does come with one white transmitter, so if you need three locations, you do have to purchase two more separately.

We do sell those on our website. They are part number RS-MX. Now the one transmitter is included. The transmission distance is 210 feet. The temperature range again is -22 degrees Fahrenheit to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The transmitter does require two AAA batteries on this to power it. Again, the batteries will not be included. Now I just want to give you some measurements on this. We're going to start with the transmitter. The width on it is going to be right at 1-3/4" wide. The height from the bottom to the very top is 5-1/2" tall. The depth at the widest point, which is the bottom, it's right at 1-1/8" deep. Now the base, the base portion right here, overall width is going to be right at 6-3/4" wide. The overall height is 3-1/2" tall. The depth, and I'm not going to include the stand, so just the depth of it would be right at about 1" deep. That should do it for the review on the TempMinder White Wireless Weather Station.
