The Westin HLR headache rack provides protection for the cab of your truck. This durable, powder coated aluminum rack has a punch plate screen to prevent cargo and other hazardous debris from crashing through your vehicle's rear cab window while maintaining superb visibility. A cutout at the top of the rack provides a clear view of your third brake light for other motorists.
The rack also features load stops and integrated mounting channels. The load stops keep ladders, lumber, and other cargo in place. The integrated mounting channels on the sides and top bar of the frame allow you to install lights and other accessories (sold separately).
Installing the headache rack is simple with minimal assembly required. The included custom brackets bolt onto the rack and onto existing holes in your truck bed.

This came with no hardware to mount it to the bed! The holes in the rack do not fit anything on the bed. What a piece of crap! .
Still holding up well. After a year and a lot of 55 gal drums later, it is still strong and unmarred.
Beyond expectations! Probably the best headache rack! Has a very solid mount to your truck that doesn't depend solely on the top rails, that's where most of headache racks cause stress cracks on the bed.
This is by far the best headache rack I’ve ever purchased. Custom fit, no drilling, easy install are all a plus but it’s also sturdy and strong. Doesn’t bounce around like universal racks. I love that it has a Chanel built in to the top and side of the rack that allows you to add accessories. I highly recommend. It’s worth the higher price of “universal” headache racks and purchasing through e trailer and their customer service is always on point. Way to go Westin no buyers remorse here. Ps to Westin incorporate the HD ladder rack system to accompany this headache rack with a no drill application and you’ve got the perfect ladder rack set up.
Holes on the right side of rack itself weren't fully bored. Third brake light cut out doesn't quite line up. Product looks good otherwise, install was quick.
I love the design and the quality. It looks just as I envisioned. It was definitely worth the extra money versus buying the similar but cheaper product from Amazon. It brought the truck's look to the next level.installation was easy and straight forward. Required no drilling or cutting.
