Replace your worn-out Coleman-Mach AC with a 15,000 Btu polished white rooftop unit for compatible R32 systems. It moves air through ducted or non-ducted setups, but this is the AC only, so the air distribution box and thermostat are sold separately.
When your old rooftop AC still fits the opening but does not keep the RV comfortable like it used to, replacing the outside unit may be the cleaner path forward. This Coleman-Mach Signature Mach 15 replaces the rooftop air conditioner and works with compatible Coleman-Mach R32 ducted or non-ducted interior components. The air distribution box and thermostat are sold separately, so you can match the new rooftop unit to the correct setup for your RV.
Heat can build fast inside an RV, especially after hours of sun on the roof and windows. This 15,000 Btu Mach 15 delivers 500 CFM of airflow to help move cooled air through the cabin. That extra airflow is especially helpful in ducted RV systems, where the AC has to push air through ceiling ductwork before it reaches the vents. It can also be used with compatible non-ducted Coleman-Mach interior components when your setup sends air directly into the cabin.
This rooftop AC is built for compatible Coleman-Mach systems that use R32 refrigerant. That compatibility matters because newer R32 systems are not always interchangeable with older Coleman-Mach setups. Before installing, confirm that your air distribution box, thermostat, and controls are made for this R32 rooftop unit. It is not backward compatible with older systems.
Swapping a rooftop AC means lifting the unit onto the RV, sealing the roof opening, and connecting it to the correct interior components. If you are staying with a compatible Coleman-Mach R32 setup, that can make the replacement more straightforward, but it is still a job where a second set of hands can help. This AC can be paired with the Coleman-Mach AirSpace Heater electric heat kit , sold separately. The heat kit adds supplemental electric heat through the compatible Coleman-Mach system, which can help take the chill out of the air on cool mornings or shoulder-season trips. It is not included with this AC unit and is not meant to replace your RV furnace in cold weather.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this Coleman-Mach Signature Mach 15 15,000 Btu RV Air Conditioner in this polished white cover. Now at 15,000 Btus, this is going to give you about 10 to 12% more cooling power than your typical 13,500 Btu air conditioner. And so this is gonna be helpful in larger RVs, think about 30 feet long and longer, especially those with slide outs. Or this will also be great in those especially hot and humid climates where that extra capacity is going to keep your RV more comfortable.
Now, as you probably know, Coleman has been making RV air conditioners for quite some time, and this Mach line has a reputation for being both reliable and durable. This is the Signature series, so this basically is the more premium version. They beefed up the components, they added some extra efficiency to help it run smoother and last longer. Let's talk some measurements here. So looking at the overall length from end to end, we're sitting pretty close to 39 inches.
The overall width, we're sitting about a little over 26 inches wide. And then this is a medium profile air conditioner, so the overall height's gonna be about almost 13 1/2 inches or so. And this is going to fit over your standard roof, RV roof opening of 14 1/4 inches by 14 1/4 inches. And this weighs about 85 pounds. Now this is a rooftop air conditioner only, and this will be compatible with both ducted and ductless systems.
It's gonna be the air distribution box that's gonna determine whether the cooled air gets distributed through your vents, which would be a ducted system, or just plunges straight down, which would be a non-ducted system. So you're gonna pair this with a compatible Coleman-Mach Distribution Box and Thermostat, if needed, to complete your cooling setup. Now this unit is not going to be backwards-compatible with any AC systems from 2024 and earlier, due to the new R-32 refrigerant that this uses. So if you have any other components currently in your camper that's from 2024 or earlier, more than likely it's not going to be compatible with this system. I just wanted to show you the wiring harness there, real quick.
This is gonna plug into your air distribution box, so that's why it would be good to actually check out our kits with this unit. We do carry kits that will give you the air distribution box and the thermostat. Again, if you need that thermostat for your particular setup and everything will be compliant with that R-32 refrigerant. But like I said, if you've got an air distribution box or if you've got a thermostat that's older, more than likely it's not going to be compatible with this unit. That R-32 refrigerant does meet the 2025 EPA regulations. This does have a streamlined look, as you can see. It's one of the more aerodynamic ones that I've seen, and this has a, I think it's gonna meet or, or blend well with most modern RV aesthetics. And this is gonna, I think this shape is gonna help reduce drag, and this is considered a polished white finish. So on the sides here and on the front, you got that polished, or that shiny look, and then the top and the back is more of a textured matte finish. So it's kind of a two-tone finish that you have there. So I just kind of wanted to give you a good description of what to expect there on that cover. And for a unit this powerful, again at 15,000 Btu, Coleman does a pretty good job of keeping the noise down. It's not necessarily considered whisper quiet, but compared to older models or budget brands, this is going to be noticeably less disruptive. So you're gonna be able to sleep, you're gonna be able to relax, you're gonna be able to watch TV and have conversations without feeling like you have to shout over the air conditioner when this is running. So like I said, this is gonna be just for this AC unit only, but if you're interested in checking out the complete kits that we offer, whether it's for your ducted or ductless systems, please take a look and see what other options that we have. And I would definitely recommend giving us a call if you have any other additional questions. We definitely wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you want and need. Well, I think it's gonna wrap up our quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
