Extensive Testing
InfiniteRule products undergo extensive third-party testing to determine shear strength. The shear strength is determined by placing the locking pin in a stress position and subjecting it to increasing force until a required proof load (maximum force received without deformity) is met or the pin fails. This locking pin has a shear strength of 45,000 lbs.
The InfiniteRule locking pin is used to secure your shackle to your bumper mount. This allows your InfiniteRule lock to be used for towing and off-road activities such as rock crawling, mudding, and recovery. The safe working load limit is 15,000 lbs.
The flush-style design prevents the lock from being broken or pried off your shackle. The tapered head provides an additional layer of theft deterrence by preventing a would-be thief from being able to grip the lock with pliers or a wrench.

Speaker 1: Today, we're taking a look at the Infinite Rule security locking pin. This allows you to secure a D-ring shackle or off-road hook to your vehicle. Internally, it features an O-ring that keeps water, grime and dirt out of the lock mechanism to ensure years of use.So, to unlock the unit, you take the dust cap, which protects the key slot, keeps dirt and grime out of there, you take that off. Take one of your keys, keys are included, place it inside, and you start turning it counterclockwise. It's on a threaded system. And then, the lock body removes from the pin.Now, there's that O-ring that we we're talking about.
The unit also features key to like option, which offers convenient one key operation. The lock course can be made to match other Infinite Rule security locks. Other locks are sold separately.The unit's made from a heavy duty steel construction. To lock it back up, you place the lock body on the pin. With the key in there, you just start turning it clockwise, because again, it's on a threaded system.Once it gets tight, you just back the key off until you're able to remove it, then you place the dust cap back over.Again, heavy duty steel construction.
It's very strong and durable, has nickel finishing on it to resist rust and corrosion. Load limit is 15000 pounds. Product's made in the USA. Overall length of the unit end to end is about 3 and 7/8ths inches. The inside pin length measures about 2 and 7/8ths inches.
And then, when it comes to the pin diameter, this area up here, which is thicker, that measures 7/8ths of an inch.
