The fit is good and I very much appreciate the inclusion of the four fish-wires, which made the bolt insertion into the frame very easy. Working alone, it took less than an hour to install and the erailer online video was very helpful.

The hitch I ordered for my 2019 Ford Transit Connect arrived on time and fit perfectly. It installed within 20 minutes by myself and I didn't have to lower the spare tire. Very easy install. Nice and heavy duty.
EASY to install .... I am only using this for my slide in vise...I made a hole in my Van's shelving and slide my trailer hitch vise mount into it.... when I need my vise I just slide it out from the shelving and slip it into the E-trailer hitch receiver..... I put a huge amount of brute force on it threading and joining gas pipes.... haven't been able to break it yet GREAT HITCH.

This is a 1 year update review. Was easy to install and I've had no issues thus far. Hitch receiver has held up well to Northern Ohio winters and road salt.

Perfect fit, easy installation. YOU MAY HAVE TO LOOSEN THE SPARE TIRE DURING INSTALLATION if it interferes with the fitment of the hitch at first. The spare will secure properly again once you get the hitch mounted.
Small complaint: This is the second trailer hitch I've ordered from etrailer and both arrived damaged - poking through the box and scuffed up. I don't know if the packaging needs a little more padding or if it's more of a problem with UPS, but it has happened both times. The damage is minor and easily fixed with a little black Rustoleum spray paint, but it does add a step before installation. I'm still happy enough with the product to give it five stars.

This was easy to install. I did it by myself and then borrowed a torque wrench from a neighbor to finish. I pulled a U-haul cross country and it performed flawlessly. Now I have something that can enable a whole host of options for bikes, camping, and other small accessories.
Seems pretty nice to me. I bought it for use with a bike rack. I had a shop install it because of HOA rules.
Wrong bolts 4 1/2 in instead of 2 7/16
Everything was amazing. The instructions were amazing. There was also a video that explained exactly how to hook it up to my vehicle, and I loved the fish wires to pull the bolts through the undercarriage.

Watch an install video before trying to install! Certain bolts go with certain washer plates. Might be obvious, but after a long day and a smoke, mistakes were made. Once I knew what I was doing it was a breeze! 10/10 would recommend buying and install yourself to save some money.

I’m missing the screws to hook the hitch
ive never come across a receiver with 2 different size pin holes till yesterday after i got it hung! pin wouldnt go all the way thru to put the hair pin in it. how does THAT,happen???
Very easy to install! I did it by myself in about 40 mins. Backing up on car ramps made it easily accessible.
This trailer hitch is performing as expected. I have this installed on a 2019 Ford Transit connect. This is a small van but I needed something to pull a small utility trailer. I have had no issues and use the trailer hitch every few weeks to pull trailer with small equipment.

Would have gone smooth, but I was by myself...knocked one of the bolts into the frame. Had a cheap endoscop from Temu which i needed to fish the bolt back out. Used Rachet straps as another set of hands which made install work perfectly.

Hi, usually the install hardware and install instructions are put in a plastic bag that's stuffed into the receiver tube. If it isn't there, please let me know and I'll have replacement hardware sent out.
