The receiver itself attaches or detaches in seconds—just push it into place until it latches, press the side lock, and you’re ready to load up your bike rack or cargo carrier. When you’re done, unlock, twist, and remove. It’s that straightforward.
Whether you’re hauling bikes to the trail or loading up a cargo basket for a trip, this 2" rack receiver is built to handle it. The sturdy stainless steel construction resists corrosion, while the integrated lock keeps your receiver secure from theft. It has a maximum tongue weight of 600 lbs and meets SAE J684 safety regulations, giving you dependable strength every time you mount your gear.
If you decide later that you want towing capability, there’s an easy path forward. The center block of this hitch can accept the Stealth Hitches towing kit (SH58QR – sold separately). That kit includes a ball mount with a 2" hitch ball ready for up to 6,000 lbs gross trailer weight. For now, this setup gives you a clean, hidden way to carry racks and carriers without changing how your vehicle looks.
