Today we'll be taking a look at the Camco Flexible Hose Protector with easy grip valve part number CAM22703. Here's our easy grip valve, see it's got a spring built into it that doesn't allow it to kink. The standard hose coming off it that folds right in half. By having the spring built into it, it eliminates that. We'll be back here at the back side of out view where out city water connection is. Go ahead and open up the cover and we'll simply thread this on. Put the male end in here and then we'll take out water supply hose and thread it on to that. By having the spring built into this, it helps eliminating the strain either on the hose as well as on your fitting on the back of your RV or camper. Now this can be used in 2 different directions, you can either use it in a situation like we have and set up here or you can flip it over and go to the water supply.
So here's your water spigot, you'd connect this end to it. Simply thread it on, you'll see there is a washer in there that prevents any leaks and then you'll take your female end of your hose here and you'll just thread it onto the male end like this. Again, it gives you . with the springer here you have a . its built in stiffness so that you don't get any kinks in the hose, it also takes a strain off the hose itself. You can see here with our easy drip valve, we have raised edges which allow you to grab and turn it and lock it down tightly when you're drinking water hose. As you can see here with all of our connections tightened down, you can move it around but you have the hose will not become kinked. And with that, that will conclude our lock at the Camco Flexible Hose Protector with easy grip valve part number CAM22703.

My old one started leaking. This one seems to be a little better quality than the one that came with the inline filter.

Good hose reinforced extender.
