The patent-pending, High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material features a rigid core for strength and produces surface friction with the carpet for better grip. Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir, which has more channeling to help minimize fluid movement while you are driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner over the door sill.

Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, we're going to be doing a test fit on the WeatherTech second row rear auto floor mat in cocoa. Part number WT475423. It's also available in gray, part number WT465423, in tan, WT455423 and finally in black, part number WT445423. To begin our test fir, let's go ahead an remove our old factory floor mats. It's a good idea to vacuum up any dirt and debris that might be left behind. We can bring in our new WeatherTech floor mat. You want to be sure that both your seats are folded up out of the way, then we'll bring it in and lay it in place.
Once you're got it in position, go ahead and push down and it'll take shape. This floor mat is a one piece design. You can see it's going to offer us full coverage from one side to the other and even over the center hump. Even when our seats are folded down. You've got all this underneath here. It has a raised containment wall starting here at the center hump, coming down to this section here and on down by our threshold and this is going to prevent messes from spilling out onto our carpet. It features raised channels on both sides, so it's going to help separate that mud and snow away from our feet. The whole thing's made out of a rubberized thermal plastic material that won't crack or break and it's designed specifically to help grip your carpet on the underside. They're very easy to clean. Just pull 'em out, rinse 'em off with some warm, soapy water, let 'em dry, put 'em back in and you're all set.
