Hello, Would this Du-Ha underseat storage box work with my weathertech floorliner in the backseat, part #446071-445423? I have a Chevy Silverado 2500 HD DOUBLE CAB.

Yes you can use the Du-Ha Truck Storage Box # DU10304 in your 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500HD double cab that has WeatherTech floor mats # WT445423 (2nd row) and # WT446071 (front mats).
The way the Du-Ha installs (as you can see by a part of the instructions I added) is by removing the jack tool bag under the back seat and installing the storage box using the exposed threaded stud.
The WeatherTech 2nd row mat # WT445423 will not cover that threaded stud so it will fit nicely underneath the Du-Ha storage box.
