Jeff: Hello everybody. This Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this Taylor Made six foot long, heavy duty side profile rubber dock edging. Now, this dock edging will protect your boat from being scuffed by your dock. This one has the heavy duty side profile, measures about one and three sixteenths inches thick. This is an EPDM rubber, which is a high density synthetic rubber.
It'll withstand the harsh green environment and also provides a nice soft surface to cushion your boat.It does start softer than vinyl, stays flexible when it's exposed to UV rays. The flexible rubber makes the edges easy to install, and it does fit snugly around the radius of any dock corners. This is designed to be used for either side protection on your dock or as a vertical protection for pilings. Measurements on this, again the length of this we mentioned is six foot long. The height, if we put a ruler on it, it's right at four inches tall, and we mentioned the thickness is one and three sixteenths inches thick.
