Today on our 2016 Ford F-350 we're going to show you how to install the Draw Tite fifth wheel gooseneck wiring harness for vehicles with the seven pull factory tow connector. Part number 20110. To prepare our truck we want to get our spare tire down and out of the way. The first thing we need to do is determine where we're going to be mounting our seven pull plug here in the bed of the truck. We've decided to go with the middle rib here coming up from the bed. You can tuck it away a little bit more, but I'd watch for interference from this hook if you had something tied down.
Just want to have a good flat surface for our flange to mate up against. Go right in the middle of this section and we can start with a 1/4 inch pilot hole. We can use that as a guide. Just check behind it and make sure you don't have any wiring or anything. We've pre-cleared the area back here. We know that there's not going to be anything there, but you do want to check it out and just make sure.
We'll go ahead and cut that out. Just check and make sure that we've got a good fit there. Yeah, that looks good. Let's go ahead and clean this up so we don't drag it all over the truck. Now we can bring our single side of our wiring right through our hole we've cut and get that plugged into our connector. Now we can take a little bit of our contact grease here and spread it on there just to keep out any moisture and things like that.
This is part number 11755 on our website. If you don't have some just pick a tube up. Just have to align that tab there with the slot on the back. You want to hear it click and then you just press that little gray tab in. Make sure it's not going to come out.
Once we have our plug nice and level, have it set where we want it, we use the provided self-tapping screws and secure it. There we are. We'll take the other end of our harness and we'll pass it through the opening here, behind the rear of the frame and the back bumper. Most of our excess we'll store over on this side. Then we'll separate the seven pull connector plug which is going to be right here on the back side of the hitch. There's going to be a little push fastener that goes into the top of the hitch here. You want to pull that out. That will give us a little bit of wiggle room, and then we'll pull our connector there. Right here on the top there'll be a small tab to push in. Then we'll just wiggle that towards the front of the vehicle. That will allow us to pull that off. We'll take a little bit more of our dielectric grease, place it on our factory connector there. That's going to get plugged into our new wiring harness. That tab will pop back up and then you'll be able to push and pull on it without it coming apart. You'll know then it's connected properly. Now we'll just apply some dielectric grease here to the last connector and plug it right into the back of the seven way factory plug. With this one as well you should be able to pull on it without it moving at all. Now we'll just have to secure our excess wiring there and we'll be ready to test it out. What we really need to do is just bundle our wire here. We'll use a couple of our provided zip ties, just kind of daisy chain them there. We'll tuck it well up and out of the way and tighten down our zip ties. With the wiring here closer to our plug we can just go around a few of the factory wires to give it some support so we won't have to worry about it coming down. Now we can test it out. We'll take our plug, plug it right into our seven pull connector there. What we're going to use is our test box, you can of course use your trailer too. Just make sure everything's working properly. Start with our clearance lights. Do our left blinker, do our right blinker, our brakes, and then also our trailer brakes. If we put our vehicle in reverse we're also going to have our backup light. Here's the great thing about this particular wiring, we're going to keep full functionality on our seven pull here on the back of the truck for our standard type trailers. Let's test that out and ensure it's still working. We've got our clearance lights, left turn signal, right turn signal, brakes, brake signal from the brake controller, and our backup lights. With everything working properly we can put our spare tire back up. That'll complete today's installation of the Draw Tite fifth wheel gooseneck wiring harness. Part number 20110 on our 2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty.

Tow Ready Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness 7-Pole - GM, Ford, Dodge, Nissan and Toyota w/ Factory TowJust what I wanted for my new truck. Plug and play. I plan to make an aluminum plate to cover the extra large factory hole and I’ll send photos. Shipping was one of four boxes, everything was well packed, two larger boxes were dropped off early by the garage and the second two were delivered later to the front door.
As soon as it got cold, this fell to pieces. First the door fell off (when not in use) and then the screw ears snapped off when unplugging my trailer (mind you, without the door, there is no latch) now it just flops around in it's hole being totally useless, and I'm plugging back into the bumper plug.
the trailer plug harness is as good as the factory one
I have installed several of these harnesses through the years. (About 20 years) R C Elles knows my abilities
Etrailer had exactly what I needed to provide power to my truck camper. The plugin on my bumper will be used to hook up my boat trailer. The kit came with everything needed to complete the installation except drill, hole saw and screw driver. Instructions were easy to follow and installation from start to finish took about 45 minutes. Once installed I connected up my truck camper and everything worked as expected.
Excellent product . Use 2-1/8” hole saw instead of 2”. I did use a 2” and got the wires in but risked slicing wire. Plenty of wire. Zip ties provided are short.
Harness install is about as easy as it gets. The only issue was placement on our 2013 Ford F-250 Super Duty. Truck is a bit higher so we didn't want to have to mess with reaching over the bed rail to plug in. Put it in the post behind the tail light this time. ( for convenience ) Worked just fine.
Installed this harness on my 2020 Silverado 2500HD. I only used the harness because in the bed of the truck it already has a cut out for the plug end. I purchased the plug end from the Chevrolet dealer. Everything works great. Install time less than 10 minutes.
Perfect match and easy to install. Included printed instructions aren't too good, so I used YouTube. Hardness extension is long enough to install in any side of truck bed. The time consuming step was drill the 2" connector hole in the truck bed. 20-50 minutes, depending on your skills and tools.
Fantastic customer service.
Came with hitch so can’t speak about shipping but it was the correct part from the order. It was very easy to install with a 2” hole saw.
Shipping was as expected and the product arrived in good condition. The etrailer.com installation video was a nice helpful tool and installation was a breeze. I am ready to hit the road.
The ease of installation was great. I discovered after taking delivery of my 5th wheel the extension portion of the harness will not allow the back-up lights on my 5th wheel to work. I called etrailer and spoke with a nice lady who said etrailer would send me a postage paid package to ship the harness back. A day or two later I received an email indicating because it had been more than 90 days since purchase of the harness I would need to pay to ship it back and etrailer would test the harness and either repair or possibly replace. Since this is the only thing wrong with it and the back-up lights will work from the bumper plug I didn’t bother. It is a little disappointing that etrailer wouldn’t take care of it because of the 90 days. My 5th wheel was coming and I had to be ready to pick it up but I didn’t know it would be more than 90 days from purchase of the harness. Disappointing.
Installation was a breeze and it works great!

Just great ever thing working as it should
This product was extremely easy to install and very self explanatory. There is a video on the website of them installing this and it tells you everything you need to know but chances are you won't even have to watch it. I installed this on a 2017 GMC 2500 Sierra Denali HD. I haven't tested it yet but I am confident there will be no issues
Fit perfectly
Very quality kit, good instructions to install and works Awesome!! Out of all the other 5th wheels out there B&W is second to none!! The Best!
Easy installation. This is the second kit I purchased for my second truck. So I already had the hole saw. Tested perfect
It was easy to install.
The wiring harness shipped quickly, once it arrived I watched the installation video under the harness, went out and literally 45 minutes later it was done. Great item, thank for the installation video, made things even simpler.

The product continues to work flawlessly. I have had no problems with it functionally or cosmetically.
Plug and play was great. 2018 1 ton duramax so just remove taillight and you can get to everything. truck was prewired so it was just removing the wired from the bundle then secure back up.
I recently purchased a fifth wheel hitch for my new truck but wasn't sure I ordered the correct one after hitting the "enter" key! I called etrailer the following morning and found out I had, in fact, ordered the wrong hitch. The young man I spoke with was incredibly helpful - he canceled my initial order, explained what I really needed and why and then placed the order. I went on line the next day and found that the order had somehow been cancelled. I then spoke with LEAH G. She is the bomb. She corrected everything and did her best to expedite shipping including personally making certain that MY shipment was on the last truck of the day. What more can I say. Etrailer.com and Leah G are unbelievably awesome from beginning to end! Thank you for a great experience Conrad

Everything is still working great!
The gooseneck hitch for the bed of my truck has proven to be a worthwhile addition to my trailer pulling needs. The wire harness that runs from my back bumper to the inside of my bed made wiring a very simple process ( I just had to drill one hole and plug in the harness.)

great top quality
I purchased this item to have an easy hookup for the light harness on a fifth wheel. Product was very easy to install and worked exactly as it should. Installation was very simple and straightforward. Did have to lower the spare tire under the bed to locate the existing plug in. Wire harness was plenty long which gave many options for mounting locations.
