Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Durabilt ratchet chain binder with grab hooks for 1/2 to 5/8-inch chain. Folks, this is rated at 18,100 pounds of safe working load limits and the chains will work with, again, 1/2 to 5/8-inch thick chains. The handle length is 15 inches long. The takeup is eight inches of total takeup length.
The screw diameter is one inch. Now, these grab hook ends are 5/8-inch thick, so very, very nice. The gap in here is 5/8 inch. And as you all know, you're gonna ratchet it and that's gonna be spinning this to then pull or push the chains tighter or looser depending on where you're going. And you have the ratchet lever here.
And, again, you can flip it over, so then go the other way. And then same thing from the backside. Flip it to go the other way. And then you can always twist these manually if you need to as well to kind of get your starting point. So again, very beefy, very big.
They are zinc-plated forged steel grab hooks. So you're gonna have a nice flat throat shape that's gonna securely attach to those chains inside of that throat. Again, forged steel. They're oversized. You have a nice ACME screw in here that's super, super beefy.
It's gonna handle all your heavy loads. Everything has a nice rust-resistant powder coat finish as far as the red. And then, again, everything else is that nice galvanized finished as well, or zinc-plated rather, sorry, zinc-plated finish as well. The 15-inch handle, like I was mentioning before, that's gonna give you nice leverage. Long enough to get the job done and to really, really cinch down and get some leverage on those binders to tighten everything up for your load. And that's gonna wrap it up, folks, for our quick look together. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
