Before installation, it's recommended to lay the cover in the sun for a few minutes. This will let the material expand slightly, so it'll fit over your tire more easily. Then using the built-in elastic hem, slip the pliable cover around your spare tire for a snug fit. The hem prevents the cover from flying off your tire as you're driving down the highway, and the soft interior lining won't damage your wheel's paint job.

It's made with a durable construction that's going to be resistant to the elements and UV rays. It's going to help protect your spare tire from dry rot while keeping it clean. The cover is cold cracked treated so it's perfect for winter use.
The drain here at the bottom prevents water buildup inside. The rear seam is elastic to ensure a snug fit. It's very easy to install. Be sure that the drain is at the bottom. We'll start at the top, then just work our way down along the side.

After reading the comments, this cover seemed the best fit for my Malone Off Road edition canoe trailer, with fat tires on 10" rims. Works a charm, keeps the snow and leaves etc out of the horizontally mounted spare.
I'm running this 28" cover on my st 225/75r15 spare. The tire is supposedly 28.3" diameter and the fit is smooth, snug and not overly tight. It stays in place nicely at highway speeds on my spare mounted on the front of my trailer
Does not wrap around the back side of the tire on my car trailer much...leaving some tire exposed to weather. This is for my spare.
I should have used basic math skills to figure out that a 13"tire ×2 equals a 26" Diameter, but at least I have to spare covers (Adco 24"&25.5")that dont completely cover both of the spare tires exposed sidewalls, also the return policy isn't friendly if you dont have access to a printer to print copy's of email with receipt information and the return authorization information
