This spare tire cover is designed to fit 31-1/4" diameter tires. For best results when covering larger tires, lay the cover in the sun for a few minutes before installation. This allows the material to expand so that it will more easily fit over the tire.

The rubber of most tires contains protective waxes that are released to the surface when you drive on it. Because you're not using your spare, it's more vulnerable to damage caused by exposure to UV rays and ozone. In short, your spare tire will wear out even if its rubber has never met the pavement. The cover is cold cracked treated so it's perfect for winter use.
The drain here at the bottom prevents water buildup inside. The rear seam is elastic to ensure a snug fit. It's very easy to install. Be sure that the drain is at the bottom. We'll start at the top, then just work our way down along the side.

This cover worked great all winter we had snow extreme cold and tons of wind. I didn’t have to touch it had one small wear hole from something a little sharp but could have been padded if I would have thought to check. It looks as new as when I got it and I found the storage bag underneath that I couldn’t find when it came. I would purchase again
I've ordered several times from etrailer.com and always been happy. First, it's good not to feed the [on-line retailer] beast. Second, etrailer.com's website always has good solutions rather than my local trailer supply store which can be expensive on certain things. I found a bearing kit on etrailer.com that is a great value and perfectly matched my old bearings. I got my local brake shop to press the new bearing races into the hubs and I saved over $300 by doing it myself with the help of etrailer.com.
I am using the cover for a spare tire in the back of my truck. The cover looks good and fits pretty well. The tire is a 31- 10.50 and the cover could be a bit wider, but other than that it keeps the sun off of the tire.

First, it was challenging to find a company that sells a cover for a 27" tire, so I was pleased about being able to order this one. Second, it came when expected. Third, the cover doesn't fit perfectly, but it will protect the tire from our intense central Florida sunrays. Lastly, I was expecting to purchase a product made by Americans, however the tag reads: Made in China.

I've made a few orders with eTrailer.com and have received all of the products very quickly. The spare tire cover arrived the same week I ordered it, without any special shipping options, and it is a very good product. It fits snuggly on the trailer's spare tire so it won't blow off in the wind during transport. The vinyl is heavy so I expect it to last a good while. The spare is mounted on the front of the utility trailer so it will receive a good amount of wind.

I'm giving it a Average rating because I just got it on the spare tire, my spare is mounted on the side of my open trailer, so we see if its stay's on going at HWY speeds? I had problems with a Adco Trailer cover that only made one summer and fell apart, The Spare Tire cover is made of a different material then the Adco trailer cover so I'm sure it will last longer. Time Will Tell.

Cover was of firm construction and fit slightly loos BUT next size down would have been to tight. My trailer tires are load range E so the cost benefit will be very positive fir me trusting that it will last longer than the one it replaced which was on the trailer for four years and was black, overall it is striking and had been installed for two days .. so time will tell

I was a tad worried from other reviews but upon receiving the cover I have NO worries. The fit is tight, the seams are good, per etrailers video I put saran wrap around the spare then installed the cover. Went on great NO fuzzy residue that some experienced. This cover will work great for our trailer.
