These 1,000-lb capacity truck bed rail tie down anchors stay out of the way when you don't need them and snap up when you want to haul. They give tie downs a better angle of pull than factory anchors and are easier to reach.
Features:
Specs:
If you have pop-out rail caps you can install the anchors in seconds. All you have to do is pop the caps off using a flat head screwdriver, insert the anchors into the stake pockets, and tighten them down with a Phillips head screwdriver.
If you have truck bed rails with hidden stake pockets that don't have pop-out rail caps, a router and a drill with a 1/2" bit (not included) are required to install the anchors.
The router bit (sold separately) lets you perfectly trim the caps without damaging your truck bed. To install the anchors, drill a 1/2" hole in the center of each rail cap and use the router to make the cuts. The router bit has 4 roller bearings that guide the router around the inner steel pocket to prevent overcutting the surface of your bedrails. Cut around each perimeter several times so that all the plastic residue resulting from the cuts gets trimmed away. Once the caps have been trimmed you can install the anchors.
If you have rear stake pockets with an inner plastic shaft, use a router with the rotary pocket saw bit (sold separately) to remove it.

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at these BullRing Retractable Truck Bed Stake Pocket Tie-Down Anchors. These are heavy-duty anchors that are going to install in the stake pockets on top of your truck's bed rails. They're gonna provide the tie-down points to secure your load. These are going to provide a better angle of pull for your tie-downs, they're also gonna be much easier to reach in the factory anchor points that are inside your bed. These are designed to work specifically with your 2014 and newer GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado 1500, 2500, and 3500.
You are going to get two of the anchors here that will allow you to install in your two front stake pockets closest to the cab. These do have a retractable design, so it's going to allow you to easily snap the rings up, lock them into place when you're ready to haul, or you can push them down when you're not in use, and they're gonna be out of sight and out of your way there. This does feature a surface mount housing that's gonna provide a from-the-factory sort of look, it's gonna be compatible with many tonneau covers, so great option there when they're not being used. These do have a durable stainless steel construction, so that is gonna help resist rust and corrosion, it's also gonna provide a 1,000 pound weight capacity. These are very easy to get installed, especially if you have a truck with visible stake pockets or if you have hidden stake pockets with the pop-out caps, you just simply pop those out.
If you do have hidden stake pockets without pop-out caps, there are routers and tools that will be required, but we do sell those separately here at etrailer.com. Once you have those holes open, basically, all you have to do is back out these two screws here, and it's going to allow the lower bracket to hang loose there, so you can angle that in to your stake pocket, then you just pull up on the ring that's going to catch the lower bracket on the truck's sheet metal, and then you can just reinstall those screws to give you that a nice snug fit there, make sure that it's gonna be nice and strong for you. These do come with a lifetime warranty, so if you we're to have any issues with them, you're more than welcome to reach out to us here at etrailer.com. But overall, I think this is gonna be a great way to make it much easier for you to get your tie-downs secured to your truck's side rails. That completes our look for today.
Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.

Installed but not used. I think they will be great. However one of the mount surface plastic housing was cracked over half the length. Not sure the cause as they were packaged well. I think i can live with it.
Product arrived on time as described. Easy installation, but perfect flush mount depends on the type truck bed rail protector design.
EASY INSTALL AND LOOKS GOOD. GREAT PRODUCT DELIVERED FAST!
Easy to install. Durable. Good value. They pull up when you need them, then retract flush with truck bed rails when not in use. They’ve served me well as general purpose tie down points.
The ball ring tiedowns seem to be plenty strong, but we’re a little bit of a pain to install. Overall, they should work out just fine.
Had these installed professionally. They work great. No interference with trifold solid bed cover.
Relatively easy install.
However, there is a little slop between the plastic trim and the Pocket D-Rings.
Most likely Toyota had to be a bit different in their "standard" sizing.
Good experience will buy from ertrailer again
Installed these on a 25 Ram 1500 today, used a dremel tool and a couple of different bits. Was tough to cut into the plastic on a new truck but the finish was worth it. These should work great moving forward
Look and work great so much easier then trying to find the bed hooks with bungee cords or ratchet straps
Great product! Makes tying things down a lot easier and faster! Thanks
Easy install. Snug fit and seem sturdy. Have not put to use at this point but will soon.
It’s a really cool concept and easy to install, except for all the extra plastic on my Ram.
Great product
I have not got a chance to use them yet but they do fit pefectly. So yes I will be using them with in the next 2 weeks because I am going to be moving things that need to be anchord down looking forward to it.
Great tie downs. Quick delivery and great customer service!
These do require you to cut/trim the plastic around all four stake pockets on a RAM. It wasnt hard to do with a dremel. Just be aware that you do have to modify your truck. Once installed, they look great.
The Bullrings worked great. You should let people know that they are easily installed on top of a bedliner. I have a 2001 Toyota Tundra LTD that has a factory installed bedliner; I was worried that the Bullrings would not fit because of the extra space created by the bed liner and the body of the truck. But no problem, the Bullrings slid right in on top of the bed liner and they look great, too. I am attaching a photo for proof.
Thanks for reaching out. I am impressed by your product and your follow-up service.
I've been using these for a few months now. Installation was easy and the rings are nice and sturdy. My 2018 Ram 1500 only has rings in the lower corners of the bed, so these open up a lot of options as far as securing cargo. I would recommend installing the screws with some thread locker, as mine began to back out. They're easy to re-tighten, but it would be a pain if you were to lose a screw.
We ordered these for our 2017 Ram 3500 long bed. The package included 6 tie-downs for each stake pocket. The installation was a breeze! These are very well made and now give us a place to attach our cargo net for dump runs and use ratchet straps for furniture moving. Highly recommend these.
love them.... the fit my 2010 toypta tundra perfectly.... LW
They fit well, easy to install. 2017 Silverado LT crew cab 5’8” bed.
The installation vdeos are great. I like how easy it is navigate the website for placing orders.
Great product! Easy to install. Unfortunately useful website info is lacking, for example: when trying to assess whether these would fit my truck with tonneau installed there was a statement about being compatible with some (or most) but didn't have dimensions so I could tell, and instructions tell me to go to bullringinstall.com although that site does not exist. On the install topic, I noticed that they were a mirrored pair - must be a reason. I decided to install with the logo readable from the rear which has the larger interior part toward the outside of the truck.
Anyway, attached are pics showing the tonneau (Weather Tech) and the Rings installed on my 2021 Silverado 1500 LTZ.
Product is great. The link to web site for installation instructions was not working. It took a little time but I figured it out.
