These 1,000-lb capacity truck bed rail tie down anchors stay out of sight and out of the way when you don't need them and snap up when you want to haul. They give tie downs a better angle of pull than factory anchors and are easier to reach.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna take a look at these BullRing Flush Fit Retractable Tie-down Anchors, for truck bed stake pockets. Now these heavy duty anchors are going to attach to your truck bed stake pockets, and provide tie-down points to secure your load. And they're gonna work with your S hook and J hook connections. And these are custom fit anchors that are designed to fit the 2015 and newer Ford F150 Regular Cab, Supercab and Supercrew Cab. And then the 2017 to 2020 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab with a full rear bench seat.
And then the 2017 and newer Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab with the rear 60-40 split bench seat. And then finally, the 2017 and newer Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty Regular Cab, or Supercab. To confirm that these are going to work for your truck, take advantage of our vehicle fit-guide here at etrailer.com. Input the year, make and model of your vehicle. And our fit guide will let you know if these will work for your truck, or if we have something comparable that will work for you.
Now, while the factory anchor points are inside your bed where it can be hard to reach, these retractable anchor points install into your stake pockets on top of your bed rails. And these are gonna be very simple, very easy to use. You simply pop up the anchor ring, and then when you wanna use it to secure a load, you just pull that up and pull up firmly. And as you heard that click, they're going to secure into place, and they're not gonna accidentally slide down. They're gonna stay secured in this position.
And then when you don't need to use them anymore, you just simply push them down firmly, and then they're gonna be completely out of your way. So again, very easy to pull these up. You just pull up firmly and you'll hear that click. They're gonna be secured in place, immediately ready for you to use. And then when you don't need them anymore, push it down and it's gonna be nice and flush.
This flush fit is gonna be compatible with most tonneau covers. And these anchors have a weight capacity of 1,000 pounds. They are constructed of stainless steel. So that's going to resist rust and corrosion. And this nylon lower body is going to reduce sound. And the top cover is going to match the grain and color of your Ford bed rails for that nice factory look. So again, pull up firmly and it will secure in place. And then just push that down when you're done. Now, not only are these easy to use, but the installation is going to be very easy as well. And really it requires nothing more than a Phillips head screwdriver. So to install these, all you would have to do is remove the Ford pop-out stake pocket cover. And then you're gonna use a Phillip screwdriver to loosen the two screws in the anchor, so that this steel plate is going to drop down. So for our demonstration purposes, I went ahead and loosened these screws in this particular anchor. And I'm just gonna go ahead and remove it. And then you're going to grab a hold of this top cover and let this steel plate drop down. You're not gonna have to worry about this steel plate coming detached from this ring. It is permanently attached to the ring. So you're not gonna have to worry about losing it in that stake pocket. So while you're holding this cover, you're just going to guide the anchor into the hole from the side of the bed. And then you're going to pull up on the cover and that is going to allow this lower bracket to then catch on the truck sheet metal. And then once it's holding onto that sheet metal, you're going to pull up on that ring, and that's going to allow the cover to drop into place. And then once you have that cover in place, you just simply replace the screws and hand-tighten them. It is important to note you do not want to over tighten these. So that's gonna be how simple these are going to be to install. These do have a lifetime warranty. And again, this is in a set of four, but we do also have these in a set of six and a set of two, depending on how many you want. And I am including our item numbers to those sets on your screen. Now, another note that I want to make is that certain trucks have stake pockets in the front or middle near the window that are offset from the plastic rail cap. If you have this on your truck, you are going to need the sets that are going to work with your offset stake pockets. And I am including our item numbers either for a set of six, or a set of four, also on your screen for you, if that is what you need. Well, that's gonna conclude our look today. I hope it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me..

Fit good, easy install, and feel rugged. Installed on 2022 F150 (aluminum body) but no galvanic barrier was supplied to prevent contact between lower steel bracket and aluminum bed rail. Simple fix with strips of electrical tape.
Work exactly as expected
I don’t use the tie downs often, but when needed they come in VERY handy. I like the trim appearance. Much nicer than big rings sticking up from the sides of the bed.
These Bullring tie downs work very well with securing a load in my truck bed. Made of good quality materials and easy to install. This is my second set I've installed on my F-150's. I would recommend these for any truck.
The product seems great. The problem is that the instructions tells you to go to a link for help installing, and that site isn't active anymore. Also, e-trailer nor the manufacturer tell you to order a router kit to cut out the overhang from where your bedstakes are located. But I'm guessing these will be nice once I get them installed.
Although these d-rings are easy to install, and fit in the stake pockets, I believe they are meant for truck beds with bed rails, because when I tightened them down, they were still slightly loose, and my truck bed has no rails. It would help if this was noted on the product page.
Great fit. Doesn’t require all that much trimming but can take a little force to get them in.
It is perfect! Super easy to install
Should work fine.
Solid product!
Quick easy install
I had these retractable d-rings on my precious truck and they are ideal for securing tall loads or loads on rope of my hard bed cover. Had to have more to install on my new pickup truck.
Metal plate could be thicker or stronger. Bends if screws are tightened too much (HAND TIGHTENED WITH PHILIPS SCREWDRIVER).
They installed easily and look good. They have worked very well for me in securing what I would consider to be light to medium loads. I personally have not utilized the pocket D-Rings in a heavy load application and probably never will
Seems heavy duty until you tighten it down, the flush mount tie downs I got start to bend when tightened. I didn’t hulk it, just reasonably tightened and noticed the stainless top portion was bending. Seems like it will be fine for my purposes as I’ll only be tying down a tent and an EZ up on top of my tonneau cover, but for close to $90 I’d expect something rock solid.
You’ll need a router to do this efficiently on a Ram truck. You can do it with a box cutter knife but it would be a lot of work. They are awesome and I already used them!
Very good bull rings. I use them everyday without any problems.
I installed these on my 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz. At first I could not get them to drop down into the stake pocket. Removing the screws entirely solved that problem. Then I began to tighten the screws, I had grabbed a common Phillips head screwdriver but quickly realized that it was not engaging well with the screw head and was beginning to damage the head when it kept popping out. I recall watching some Youtube videos and that was happening to the installer using a driver drill and popping a lot, but he did not appear to notice and/or care. I very soon stopped and got a Phillips head # 3 (the first was the more common #2), that made a world of difference. Apparently on older Santa Cruz the area over the stake pocket had to be cut out either with a knife or a dremel. For my model/year it was much easier as they just popped out with a quick pry from a small flat head screwdriver. The one complaint I have is the stainless steel flange on the bull ring does not quite completely cover the hole made by removing the stake pocket cover. It is very close but I wish it had at least an 1/8' overlap and it does not, that lack of fit causes a slight bend in the flange.
Once again, professional, fast , reliable-thank you!
GREAT PRODUCT! ETRAILER PROVIDES GREAT SERVICE AND THE SHIPPING IS LIGHTNING FAST!
Fit and finish was great. Worked like it was supposed to.
Fit is Awesome, Very Easy to install. Love the fact that they pop down when NOT needed to maintain a flush bed rail,
I highly recommend to all that read this - BUY BUY BUY !!!
Exactly what I was looking for! These fit with my Alsport aluminum bed cover just fine. Didn’t even need to take it off to install. Combined with some soft straps I’ll be able to strap loads on top of the tonneau without having to take it off. 2024 F150 Super Crew with 6’7” bed.

I am glad we had just the right fit for you Garrett! I am curious, how much weight can the Alsport cover hold?
