Ellen: Hey everybody. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a quick look at the tailor-made, heavy duty Dock Pro Dock Bumper. This is for the corner of your doc to give that otherwise sharp point a softer edge. So it's not going to damage or mar up your boats. So it helps keep them protected from any kind of dents, dings, or scratches, or scrapes, and also helps to protect your dock as well. It's made out of a heavy duty vinyl material. So let's take a closer look, give you some measurements and we'll talk about the finer details to make sure this is the right fit for you.So again, it is made out of a vinyl material, so it's going to be UV resistant.
Nice, heavy duty piece here. It's just a simple permanent mount to that dock corner. And it does come with hardware. We'll get some screws and washers to fit that. So pretty easy for just the hardware there.
I always like to see when things come with hardware, so you're not having to find something to fit. This is also inflatable. So if you want to adjust the firmness of this bumper, you can. There's the inflation valve there on the side. So if you want it to be a little softer, a little squishier, can leave it deflated. And then if you want it to be firmer, you can fill it up with more air and puff it out a little bit.It is again, marine grade vinyl, so should be up to the task for being out in the sun, out in the water without any issues.
Now, as far as size, the edge on the inside here is about nine inches long. Same on the other side. So that's what it will actually cover is nine inches of that corner. The depth is about four inches. And height is about five and a half inches going from edge to edge there. The outer edge to the front is about 13 inches.
So from this back edge, all the way to the front of this is 13 inches. Try to show that to you a little bit better. There we go. 13 inches there. So hope that helps in deciding if this is going to be the right solution for you.We do also have a similar dock bumper that is just for the side. You can also find that here at etrailer.com, along with a lot of other marine products and boat accessories. So check them out. Thanks for watching.
The corner dock bumpers are an attractive high quality product. I can’t wait to see what they look like on our boat dock.
