I was originally given a delivery date of 08/06/22 and then the date of delivery, it was changed to 08/09/22. This cost me a lot of money with my contractor. Product was good though!

High quality, very substantial, durable materials. It is shipped in a 5' cardboard box, & wrapped in plastic. Before installing it, unpack the 10' sections & allow them to lie flat, so it straighten's out. We are using it for deck edging, over carpeting, in a sheltered area. Very happy with my purchase, & the delivery was prompt.

I am anxious to give you a review on the product. However it will be 30-45 days before it’s installed. 1st observation is the railing is very well designed and seems to be very durable. I will tell you this, I had 3 questions when I called to place order. All 3 questions were not able to be answered properly and were only read from a “script” answer that was on website and also was told “did I look at the video and pics”. I was a bit apprehensive at this point but I place order any way. From the point of ordering, notifications on payment, where the order was at in the process and the punctuality of getting product delivered to me, YOUR COMPANY IS SECOND TO NONE”!!! Absolutely great web site and step by step process of notifying the customer of the status of their order. Just received product today and at this point I could not be happier unless the product was less expensive.
