Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - Matte Black
Excellent roomy cargo box. My wife’s luggage even fit (see photo). Fit the top of my Forester like it was meant to be there and the hatch opens without obstruction. Great shipping by etrailer.com via Estes freight shipping (almost overkill on shipping).
We were looking for a cargo box to fit our 2021 Mazda CX-5. Finally decided on the Thule Pulse L based on other reviews and pictures. We have the box mounted on OEM cross bars. The box is a perfect fit - clears the fin and doesn’t interfere with the hatch. It was so easy to install too. I am pretty sure this is the largest box that we can use on this vehicle. The width just about takes up the entire space. We haven’t taken it on its maiden voyage yet but so far the fit is great.

Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box - 14 cu ft - Black
I've taken one 1500 mile trip so far with the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 mounted on my RAV4. I found the box to be quiet and not to have much impact on gas mileage. I lost maybe 1 mpg with it mounted to my flush mounted Whisperbars. I drove through some very heavy rain and had a minimal amount of water inside under a thin rubber mat I had placed on the bottom of the box; none on my luggage got wet. This box works great to give me more carrying capacity when traveling with my two crated Dobermans.
Perfect fit on my 2014 Jetta Sportwagen. Lets me accomodate my lighter weight camping gear and leave the heavier stuff in the car. Very secure and aerodynamic and had very little impact on my mileage. My only issue was I could never find the serial number on my rocketbox.
Setting up the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Rooftop Cargo Box on your 2023 Toyota Highlander
Hi, Matt with etrailer, and today we we're gonna be talkin' about the Yakima Skybox NX 16 rooftop cargo box on the 2023 Toyota Highlander. Now the Highlander does have a lot of space, especially in the back hatch area over here, but if you fill it up all the way with additional people in that third row, you might be very limited on the space. So if you're hauling any gear or luggage or camping supplies, this roof box is gonna be a great option to keep your items safe, secured, and kind of outta the way so you can fit more people in your vehicle. Now you won't be able to install the the sky box if you don't have a roof rack so always make sure you have a roof rack that is compatible with your roof box. Your sky box is gonna come with two included keys and that'll just be used to access your handle right up here just in that lock core. The nice thing about this roof box is you have two handles on each side so you can access it from either side and, to open it up, you just gotta push and you'll feel it lock in place with these hinge locks on the side.

Hi, everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today, we have the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Roof-Mounted Cargo Box We'll take a look at how it fits our 2021 Toyota Highlander. If you need some extra cargo space because you're going on a big trip or maybe you have this big adventure planned and you need a space for your gear, well, a rooftop cargo box is always a popular option, and this is gonna be one of the more versatile of the roof boxes. You have 16 cubic feet of space, you have a really easy use clamping system, and you have an enclosed safe surface or space for your cargo. I have the box installed on the factory roof rack of your Toyota Highlander, but you could also install this on other roof racks if you need to put those on first. Now, the box is 35 inches wide.
DIY 2020 Toyota Highlander Installation for the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Rooftop Cargo Box
I'm Adam with etrailer. And today we're talking about the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 roof box on top of our 2020 Toyota Highlander. This is a great option for you if you're running outta space in the back of your car and you need to put your items somewhere else, this is a great option for you, especially if you wanna keep 'em out of the elements. The first thing we're gonna take a look at is the inside of the box. So we're gonna have to open it up using our included key and unlocking this. When I push it up, you notice it's a little stiff, but it's gonna be held in place by those hinge locks, and that's gonna allow me to keep it open without using my arms to keep it open.
Test Fit: Thule Force XT XXL Rooftop Cargo Box on a 2017 Toyota Highlander
Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Thule Force XT XXL Rooftop Cargo Box here on our 2017 Toyota Highlander. Now, like the name suggests, this box is very large. It's one of the largest ones we offer, giving you 22 cubic feet of capacity. Now, I'll go ahead and open it up here by twisting that gray knob with the key in it and popping the lid open, so you can get a look inside. We've just got a few things in there right now, we've got a tent and we have a pair of skis. Now, like I said, this is a very large box and a very long box, I see this being something for even the longest skis you can find.
What our customers are saying:
"The trailer hitch mounted cargo carrier is an outstanding accessory. It allowed us to bring so much more on vacation. The side rails made securing things really easy and the auxiliary taillight kit plugged right into my plug. The service was so great that I just ordered a trailer hitch cover for the winter. Thanks!"
