Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A Motor Homes
First, I did have to grind off corner of the plate that mounts under leaf spring bolts. It would not lay flush so I tapered one of the edges where it met the axel a little bit till it laid flush. I did buy a 3/4 inch wrench set but with an rv, it's good to have and will possible allow me to get the 22.5 inch wheels off in an emergency. This with a good solid 3' pipe and I was able to fairly easily break the leaf spring bolts free. I used boards to ensure the fronts tires were fairly straight, laying them alongside the tires and eyeballing to see where they lined up with the back tires which are about 4 inches wider than the front outside width. I mounted the steering stabilizer and took it for a test drive and it was good the first time, no additional adjustments needed. Feels good on the road, good around turns, and even at low speeds around the driveway, I did not notice any extra effort to turn the wheel due to the heavy spring on the stabalizer. Put about 75 miles on it and it feels solid and stable though no high winds or passing semi trucks yet. But my 2007 ford f53 22000 lb chassis under a holiday rambler admiral body has always felt pretty good. Just trying to make better, next up is the new koni evo fsd heavy duty shocks coming today.
I have a class A motorhome, F53. I installed a Roadmaster reflex steering stabilizer, a Roadmaster rear anti-sway bar 1 3/4" diameter, 4 new koni shocks and 6 new tires. Now, it feels well planted on the road. Its a combination. Very happy !

Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer
Hey RV'rs.... I upgraded from the Roadmaster stabilizer and the difference was phenomenal... Prince Edward county to Key West with minimal steering correcting
This exact center steering stabilizer is excellent. Takes a bit of driving to get used to it but does what it says.

Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer for Class A Motor Homes
No issues. Significantly helps steering.
I received my front anti sway bar (RM-1139-140) around noon on the day it was promised. The package was undamaged and all parts were contained within. After lunch I installed the bar in less than 30 minutes, which included the removal of the factory bar. I installed it by myself from the ground. Simple install although I did deviate some from the instructions to make it easier for me as the bar is heavy. Instructions say to attach the bar to the axle with the bushings and saddle clamps first, then bolt the endlinks. Instead I bolted the endlinks first then simply swung/rotated the bar to the axle and attached with the saddle clamps. I did not have to lift the heavy bar to the axle as the weight was already supported by the endlinks. Easier if doing the install alone in my opinion. About a week prior I had installed a Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer ( RSSA-RBK9). These 2 items greatly improved the steering and sway problems which were extremely bad in my 2013 Winnebago Vista 26HE. So bad that I considered the drive extremely stressful and dangerous. With these 2 parts added the drive is now 80 to 90 per cent improved. Very happy.

Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer w/ Custom Brackets for Class A Motorhomes
Get one, you won't be sorry. I traveled 7250 miles around the US this past summer and the stabilizer performed perfectly keeping the RV from drifting out of lane. This makes driving so much easier. Even in wind gusts the stabilizer was a tremendous aid controlling the RV from lurching left or right. I believe its a good investment.
This is the best item I have ever bought. Totally changed the motorhome steering. Now it’s very easy to drive and steer. Can drive using one hand used to. Love the steering stabilizer.

Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A Motor Homes
Excellent setup, road manners are so much better. I don't have to work to keep the truck straight anymore. Installed in less than an hour with just a few basic tools.
This stabilizer made my truck much safer to drive. When pulling a trailer, the truck was difficult to handle. Any line or imperfection in the pavement would lead the truck around and cause it to sway. It now handles much better.

Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer w/ Custom Brackets for Class A Motorhomes
4 stars based on lack of info and nonease of install. The videos listed here are of professionals with lifts. Ya…..try doing the install on the ground or in gravel, where I bet a lot of motorhomes exist. Anyways it is pretty simple to install but while laying on the ground twisted up try torquing that down! Not fun. I did the “fine” adjustments after install. Uh….couldn’t find the one out of 20+ videos I stumbled upon where a guy said “twist this way and go right….twist this way and go left”. After 6! Crawls under the stupid motorhome it eventually got worse after every adjustment I did. And believe me when I say FINE adjustments. 1/8 of an inch will send you’re steering the complete opposite direction. So to fix this nightmare, I uninstalled the bar mount on drivers side and reinstalled while my wife forced the steering wheel to go where it needed to go. Now I can go in an almost straight line at slow speed. Not sure what it’ll do when I get on the freeway….but I’m sure it won’t let me go careening into another lane like it did before this install….so thanks etrailer!
I'm torn about how this is working for me. I know it was difficult for the installers...very. It certainly keeps my motor home centered, but is also harder to steer otherwise. I installed this and a rear anti-sway bar at the same time.

Roadmaster Reflex RV Steering Stabilizer with Mtg Brackets
Quality built steering stabilzer. Well packaged and arrived within my expected time frame.
I did the drive to find center on steering wheel which made installation easier. Removing existing steering stabilizer and brackets and installing the new wasn’t difficult at all with just basic tools. Read instructions and watch video at etrailer site. The reflex steering stabilizer is worth the money but should be the last modification done in my opinion. The first thing to install to help the swaying, leaning or just being pushed around by the semi trucks is #1 Roadmaster rear anti-sway bar if the manufacturer left the original small one on. #2 Roadmaster front anti-sway bar. Then #3 Roadmaster Reflex steering stabilizer. I say Roadmaster because the bushings and linkage for all of these are very heavy duty compared to the others that I compared. After doing all three of these upgrades to my 2022 E-450 33 foot class C the driving has gone from seriously gripping the steering wheel to driving relaxed with one hand in high wind or the passing of big rigs and ruff dipping road surfaces. I did this upgrades one at a time in the order I’ve indicated so I actually got to feel how each item help to control my motorhome. I am very pleased with all. Thanks etrailer for the excellent service.

Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A Motor Homes
I found this easy to install however the bracket to hold it onto the steering rod kept slipping. NOT a good bracket design. In addition, the stabilizer only improved the "wondering" by about 30%.
Nick S was GREAT help. He helped me with the right stabilizer for my motor home and had it shipped the very same day. Stabilizer was installed with very little effort and it is making quite a difference in my ability to steer the motor home. I will definitely recommend etrailer to my friends.

Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer w/ Custom Brackets for Class A Motorhomes
The Exact Center stabilizer is a game changer when driving my 32 ft. Class A. I use to drive down a straight highway with no wind with my hands constantly moving. Now with the stabilizer it is a pleasure to drive. My wife says it is a lot less stressful for her as a passenger. The folks at etrailer were extremely helpful in picking out the right equipment and their videos showed exactly how to install the unit. Thanks.
Looks great showed up today excited to get it installed thank you

Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A Motor Homes
This installed in less than an hour, 2006 Monaco La Palma Roadmaster Chassis. I used a 1/2 cordless 1100 Ft lb. impact to remove the spring u-bolts, came right off. The rest is as the instructions say. I took for a road test and drives a straighter. etrailer shipped and I had in a couple of days. etrailer is the best for me. Tools for this is 1/2 drive 15/16 deep socket for the axle U Bolts, 3/8 drive 3/4 inch for the shock bolts and a 3/4 open end wrench, and a 3/8 drive 9/16 deep socket for the tie rod U Bolts. Easy to do yourself.
Thanks for the fast shipment of this order -- This stablizer was installed on a 07, Monaco Camelot, with a Dana Axle, & air bags -- Your web site states that the RBK6 will not fit a Dana axle -- I called Roadmaster, & they said it will fit, & it does --The The steering stablizer install was not a tough job at all -- The only problem was loosening the nuts that hold the axle, & the bolts not being long enough to add the bracket -- I do have air tools, & I heated the nuts with a plumbers tourch -- It took longer to free the the nuts, that it took to do the rest of the install -- On the test drive, no adjustment was needed -- Very pleased from order to install -- William Willard

Reflex Steering Stabilizer - Class C Ford/Chevy
I waited to write the review because on my initial test after install I could not tell the difference on the drive since there was virtually no wind. Today it was blowing hard with strong gusts. Drove about ten miles on the highway at 75 to 80 mph into strong cross winds and some areas with road construction in progress. It really works. Completely improved the drive. I still feel the wind bursts, but no longer have to fight for control. Highly recommend. Word of caution: the instructions provided by Roadmaster are inaccurate for my Ford E350 Class B+ RV. I will try to attach pictures.
WOW ! What a difference this makes. I was constantly correcting the steering while going down the road on my 2019 Chevy 4500 chassis class C even with no crosswind or trucks passing. Took it out after installation and immediately noticed a big difference. Took it up to 65 and it was great. Can't wait to see how it is on my next trip. Should reduce the white nuckle experience and reduce fatigue. Not hard to install in the driveway. Didn't even jack it up. I didn't need to readjust it. I can't understand why a couple of reviews that said it did nothing.
