Installed on the front of a 2008 GMC 4x4 Sierra. Primarily utilized for a hitch mount snow plow (DK2). Installed without any modifications - works good with the plow. * The hitch sits low to the ground (stock suspension). I installed a 2" leveling kit from RC and that helped with clearance. Front hitch fit perfectly on a 1995 K1500. I was able to install without modifying the front tow hooks nor the fascia. This is the hitch you want.

Great solid piece, as you would expect. Extra longer bolts are included in case you have the factory tow hooks, a nice touch and saves $10 at the hardware store. Not a complaint, just info; you have to remove the bumper to fit the front bolts, they won't drop in past the bumper brackets at least on my '95. Cut a hole and some minor trimming, and it works with the factory air dam as well.

We chose the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver so we could safely transport our RAD electric bikes while also pulling our travel trailer. We had it professionally installed onto the front of our Toyota Tundra and it has worked out very well! We are very pleased, and glad that we have it!

Shipping was fast and packaged good with no scratches. I modified my 2010 Tundra skid pan for oil filter changes before mounting. Replaced all 4 OEM tow ring bolts using anti-seize with new longer M12-1.25 X 40MM class 10.9 zinc finished hex cap screws along with new M12 X 24MM OD HARD WASHERS and torqued all 4 to 79 ft/lbs. Mounted new Thule EasyFold XT 2 Hitch Bike Rack and it fits in front without using the hitch extension. All went together as planned and can now take E-Bikes with us while pulling our camper. We are happy campers!

It gave me the parts I needed for my 1988 Chevy two-wheel drive 3500 truck. I had to cut the sides off of it trim about 2 in off each side and weld it back together. Was NOT a direct fit sadly.

It fit perfectly. Only took 15min. to install with the help of my floor jack.
