Surco Exterior RV Ladder - Aluminum - 97" - 250 lbs
I broke my ladder backing into my shed (rookie mistake). I started looking up new ones from the maker of my camper, but didnt have a lot of luck short of calling and asking. I thought, I'd just order this one, because It was cheaper, and I wouldn't be as mad at myself if it didnt fit. Well, I got it in, and the feature if how it coupled meshed so close to mine, I didnt have to remove the top part, which may have made the screws strip. It works flawlessly today as when I installed it a year ago! Thanks, E-trailer!
SP501L Ladder set Just on a year ago I bought a new to me motor home. At that time it did not have a ladder and enquirers revealed that there was a 6 mounts wait time with a price tag over $1000.. So I acquired 2 ladder kits and some attachments and behold the result for about $300.

Stromberg Carlson RV Bunk Ladder - Aluminum - 60" Tall - 250 lbs
I waited for 1 year before I made a review. This thing has held up perfectly. use it in a van to get to a bed. with 3 girls traveling cross country, It has held up perfectly.
We changed the over-the-cab entertainment set-up in our Minnie Winnie to a bunk, and needed a ladder to access it. We constructed our bed platform ourselves, so there were no hooks for the ladder. We used a sturdy shower curtain rod, laid it beside the mattress to hook the ladder on, and it works perfectly! It is a sturdy ladder, and lightweight, so it’s easy to throw up on the bunk as we travel. We definitely recommend this ladder!

Surco Exterior RV Ladder - Aluminum - 84-1/2" - 250 lbs
The ladder looks good, and seems sturdy enough for what it is. However, the labeling of the length is completely misleading. One would think you would measure from your bumper to your roof, and the ladder would be specified for that measurement. No. It goes at least a foot above the roof, meaning that the bottom of the ladder is a foot higher than you want it to be. Getting onto this ladder would be really, really hard. The assembly instructions are also completely inadequate. No information about where to locate it, how to seal holes, etc. Photo shows how short it is (uninstalled)... our trailer isn't particularly tall. We're going to need a different ladder.
The ladder is installed and looks good. Quality and fit are good. The only suggestion I would make would be for the manufacturer to consider stainless fasteners as this is an outside ladder and rust will be a problem.

Stromberg Carlson Exterior RV Ladder - Aluminum - 99-1/2" Tall - 250 lbs - Black
Would have preferred round mounting brackets. Made due with what was sent, just added more holes to motorhome
The ladder is a disappointment. This black ladder was supplied with all bright hardware, the hinges to join the sections are a VERY sloppy fit as is the top section that goes the roof. The stand offs and lower J section put the sharp ends of the tubing in direct contact with trailer skin. I fabricated aluminum plates to correct this deficiency and joined the sections with copper tubing inserted inside the ladder tubing 6 inches on each side of the joints. See these in the pictures provided. I am pleased with final result but the manufacturer should have done the extra work and engineering not me. I would only rate this product and overall experience as 2 stars.

Stromberg Carlson Exterior RV Ladder - Aluminum - 99-1/2" Tall - 250 lbs
When I purchased the ladder, my concern was the possibility of the old holes and new holes matching. They were a little off and to solve that problem, I cut aluminum plates to cover all holes. See pictures.
Great ladder addition to my cargo trailer to reach the ladders on top. I had to add a piece of L steel between the "rafters" to anchor the top arches to. Strong - VERY STRONG!! No extra movement and I feel totally safe climbing up and down.
