The Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rake for 2 bikes is a good product. I used it to transport my mountain e-bike. I choose this particular unit because it can handle the weight 2 of bikes (non-e-bikes) and the weight of my e-bike is equivalent to weight of 2 bikes. Note: Must readjust the straps after mounting the bike to the rake.

Of all the Thule products I have purchased over the last 25 years, this is the worst and has been returned under warranty at my expense after not holding the bike on the roof and damaged the vehicle. Engagement onto front wheel is not secure. Thule should eol this product asap.

We now have 4 of these bike racks and love them. etrailer did an awesome job processing our order quickly and when 2 of them arrived with missing end caps, they quickly rectified the situation and sent the replacement parts quickly so we were able to make our trip as scheduled. Excellent customer service and super fast delivery! Bike rack is true to Thule quality and workmanship. The rack is sturdy and the bikes completely secure. Bikes do not touch each other at all. The rack is quite heavy, but not too hard to handle and load.

Fast delivery and great product! I would recommend that you look up videos on how to assemble. The instructions that come with it are basically useless. With the help of a friend assembly was easy. So far the rack has worked perfectly. It is large and heavy so it could require two people to put in on and take it off of the tow hitch. All in all I am very satisfied!
