I tow a 16000 lb fifth wheel and this adapter works perfectly. It's easy to hook up and I had a RV place in Arizona install it and they did so for less than $100. The tow rating on this is about 20 thousand pounds I believe so I'm well within the limits Towing this trailer. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who is towing a fifth-wheel within the rated tow range.

EXCELLENT HITCH.IT IS HEAVY BUT WITH 2 PEOPLE AND EITHER A TRACTOR OR JUST A MOTOR HOIST,OR TWO STRONG GUYS COULD DO IT.MY HUSBAND AND I USED OUR TRACTOR BECAUSE IT WAS OUR SIMPLEST WAY..EASY TO SET UP..VERY HAPPY AND READY TO GO RV ING....

5th wheel adapter plate fits perfect in ball socket. The hitch which I'am mounting to the adapter has a solid bottom, it will not allow the hitch to mount to the rails. I was wondering if you sold a 2" spacer kit # 46250 for a ts3 Trailer saver hitch? If so how much is it. Rubber Pads were put on backwards so the stuck to the box instead of hitch. can I get 4 pads? Used the Companion hitch to convert gooseneck ball mount to 5th wheel hitch. Companion fits perfectly inside the well of my flatbed and is easy to remove to use the gooseneck ball and easy to re-install. The hitch is very secure and tows my RV quite smoothly. There is no back and forth movement and I couldn’t be happier with it. Easy to hook up and disconnect the trailer. Highly recommended. Etrailer staff was very helpful in helping me find the right equipment to meet my needs.

Hitch is great, B&W products are exceptional. Had the turnover ball mounted on a Douglass flatbed. Purchased the fifth wheel hitch for a 37 ft two axle toy hauler. Pulls great, easy installation. Make sure to make all the appropriate measurements before purchasing. There were some shipping issues. etrailer failed to send a bolt bag initially. Took a while to get that rectified, but all is well.

I am fairly unhappy with the fact that I can not use this 5th wheel rail system with my b and w gooseneck chain hooks installed. I have to unbolt the chain hooks to get the rails flush in the bed. I specifically asked if this was compatible with my set up prior to order. Pretty upset that it turned out different than what I was told. The rails are nice, but I did not want to have to modify my set up each time I want to hook up a gooseneck trailer. Hopefully this will help others in their research.

4 stars for Demco on the hitch. The only issue I had was the base plate rotated around the ball during travel, which meant the trailer wasn't riding quite as nicely on the king pin plate. I have had decent experience with etrailers previously, but this order has not gone well. I placed the order on May 6th, and it said it would be at my house by May 13th. I received no updates but my card was charged. I called several times and talked to reps. one rep was helpful and said that they could not locate my all of the pieces for my order. Several days later it finally shipped, but was delayed in that process as well. Finally received the packages on May 19th, and they were missing a substantial portion of the order so I am unable to use the hitch. still awaiting feedback on when the new part will arrive. In the meantime, I contacted the manufacturer and paid a lot of money to have the missing part sent 3 day because I have to move a trailer and cannot wait for etrailers to fix the issue. p. s. the box was torn badly at all four corners which is probably why the parts are missing.

Extremely happy with all aspects of my hitch. Just made a 3500 mile tow with my 40 ft trailer that is 22500 pounds and everything worked as it should. Would recommend this to anyone that has a gooseneck ball in their truck. Easy install and removal allowing me to use my truck bed. Thank you for a quality product. .

I had an issue with this not sitting all the way down into by gooseneck. I have to place my backhoe bucket down into this for my bolts to engage...What a pain in the neck. Wish there was a easy way to fix this, but I feel the only way is to mill the piece or shim my existing gooseneck under the bed.

Fits perfectly into curt goose neck hitch. My reese 5th wheel hitch fits on the rails perfect. I haul dirt bikes in my truck so being able to take the rails out is perfect..... nothing in the way of loading or unloading

This adapter allowed me to quickly install a fifth wheel hitch in my single wheel shortbed truck which had a gooseneck hitch without any extra installation work, other than just dropping it in. Easily installed and has worked well with a slider hitch.
