Does exactly what I need in height adjustment. etrailer certainly is a first class act, they master this business segment in my opinion in every way. I'll start off with the great customer service, called a rep for assistance and did a great job. He walked me through everything for about 5 minutes. Then I proceeded to order parts at a very reasonable price. Shipping was right on time and tracking was top notch. Now for the parts I received. Trailer hitch receiver was built like a tank, and very easy to install. I didn't even have to take off the whole bumper which I see on your website. There is only one problem with this hitch receiver. Zip ties to hold the facia bracket? It's like putting a $10 paint job on a Rolls Royce. I'm sure you have a good R&D department, but this is unacceptable. I could tell you how to make this better but I'm not part of your team. Could be solved by putting a ___ on the ______. R&D should be smart enough and paid well to figure this out. No offense but they can do better. ??ZIP TIES?? Also, it is pitched with a cap but did not receive that. I also purchased A brake controller P3 and a ball hitch. The ball hitch is pictured wrong on your website. It's pictured with an adjustable ball hitch. This is what really wanted but got something entirely different. If it works, I'll be fine with it. I should have caught that, but my eyes adjusted on the adjustable ball hitch. P3 brake controller was very easy to install, about 5 minutes. On a closing note, I will order from etrailer again. Thanks for your business. Just please listen to your customers and fix these problems. Everything and everybody are not perfect. Thanks again.

Easy to use. Stows away to avoid bumping knees. Would have given 5 stars but it’s expensive. I would still recommend.

I purchased the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 3" Drop, 3-1/2" Rise - 10K - Black and am extremely happy with it. It was $100 cheaper than anywhere else I shopped. Was delivered quickly and was an easy install. I used it to haul a trailer full of wood that I cut up and it got the job done! It is very heavy duty and takes the place of multiple single hitches. It’s nice to have all the options in one.

As a full-time RVer, e-shopping is very important for us. etrailer was the right place to shop. Right product, delivered on-time for a great price. You beat the local discount RV store by $25 including shipping. At the same time, I had another outfit send me a clearly inferior product to the one they displayed. Said they would e-mail a pre-paid shipping label for the return (didn't) and tried to put the blame on Amazon. Thanks etrailer for a great experience !

Love these. This is my third one. Wouldnt pull a trailer with anything else. Trannys are expensive.

This ball mount is so nice! I drive an Odyssey mini-van so I'm not towing a million pounds. I just tow a kayak trailer. But I love this mount because it is so much lighter than a standard steel mount! It fits great in the receiver, and tows smoothly.
