So far, so good with the adjustable hitch and ball mount after two very short trips with different size trailers. Adjustments are super easy. I haven’t used the locking hutch pin yet, so I can’t comment on that item. But I would recommend the adjustable hitch.

Love the height adjustment for all 3 of my trailers suuper solid, I get compliments all the time when people see it "wow that things stout!" Keeps the trailer tongue from excessive bobbing, the pins it came with are a huge improvement from the standard Bobby pin style I was used to. Over all I do not regret a dollar spent and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an initial purchase or upgrade their tow life

This hitch is amazing!!! Be prepared though it is very heavy! I love how easy it is to adjust to different heights and ball sizes with the 2 common sizes provided. The scale on the back can be helpful to let you know if you have the proper trailer weight. The more you use it the more you will like it!

Great hitch I have it on a 2006 2500hd, 6 inch lift and 35" tires. My trailers ride level, and the hitch is strong. No complaints about the hitch, and it has held up to abuse. I recommend this hitch if you have a lifted truck.

I bought this drop down to tow my enclosed trailer behind my Humvee. Because of the nearly two foot ground clearance I wanted a sturdy hitch but still tow a level trailer. This fit the bill 100%. I was not disappointed in this unit. First of all it’s heavy. And that’s a good thing in my mind. Secondly it fit like a glove. Great powder coating and really sweet hardware. Sooooo....you sent me a product that was somehow put together backwards and I cannot take them apart somehow the ballhitch is stuck on the male portion backwards and defies gravity and doesn’t need a pin to stay on(becaue thier is no where to put the pin in cause it’s backwards

I've used the hitch over the last year on several trailers and loads. The adjustability made towing a much better feel and ride over a fixed hitch that at times not the greatest. I see no wear, very easy to adjust even once coupled to the trailer and finding the trailer needs to be leveled better.

Works flawlessly. I was very excited the day I got home and my Rapid hitch was on the front porch. It came in nice box and was packaged very well. I opened it up and unpacked my rapid hitch and I was very impressed with the quality and precision of this hitch. All of the machining was PERFECT and everything fit together right. I put it in my truck right away. Going down the road with the trailer on and off there is absolutely no rattles, clunks, or jolts. I also love how everything is aluminum or stainless steel, NO RUST. I wish I could've gotten the greaseless model but my boat is too heavy. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with locking pins. With a hitch this expensive I really wish it came with them. Do yourself a favor and order them with your rapid hitch so you don't have to pay for shipping in the future. Other than that great product and I believe it will outlast me.
