Not a bad install at all. Pretty straight forward.

This was my first order I placed with et etrailer. If one work could say it I guess it would perfect! I ordered on a Tuesday arrived on Thursday. I Placed the order got conformation and a name and contact to call if I had any issues, once it arrived I got another email letting me know if had been delivered. The installation video was perfect made it’s easy to install just followed the steps. When I need any trailer related items I will use them. As far as the B&W hitch i put it in a 2017 Ram 2500 with Ram boxes. The fit and quality of the hitch and design is what I have come to expect from B&W. I got this hitch to pull a gooseneck horse trailer. If your wondering if it will work with Ram Boxes it will.

etrailer is top notch to deal with. Ordered $500 worth of stuff. Received it in 2 days. Pintle / Ball combo is perfect. Super heavy duty, easy to adjust.

The product arrived when they said it would. Is was in excellent condition. It will do the work I bought it for but can be removed when not in use to utilize the whole bed of my truck.

Ups dropped it off yesterday afternoon after supper I installed it. Looking forward to see how we like the ball with the release built into it.

This seems to be very solidly constructed. It weighs around 50 lbs, but can be installed by one person being a little creative. eTrailer's installer in the video is some kind of wizard - he makes it look easy. Access is not very good, though having the truck on a lift might help. The hitch does exactly what it is intended to do - gooseneck ball up for attaching the Blue Ox 5th wheel hitch, pull the lever and turn it over in the socket to get your whole bed back when you don't need it. Just picked the 5th wheel up and towed it about 2 hours home through the mountains, and I didn't notice any movement out of the hitch setup. Kit was missing one of the mounting bolts, but eTrailer contacted B&W to get one sent right away. It showed up just in time to get the camper. Installation wasn't easy, but B&W had to work with what Ram gave them, so the design was about as good as it could be. The self-cleaning anti-seize socket and square ball base are excellent touches.

The install went well. Like the mounting kit. Works well.

Quality hitch. Everything went together like it was supposed to. Installation took longer than I expected but if I had to do it again it would go a little faster

Ordered on a Friday, received on Saturday the next day. Haven’t installed yet but I’m sure it will go smoothly and do just what it is designed to do.

Good hitch easy install just had to loosen the bed bolts to fish the nut plates above the frame other than that pretty straight forward

This ball is not compatible with the hitch I purchased on the same order. I did not realize that and evidently no one at ETrailer knew that either. I was sent the wrong part for the hitch on my order and by the time I received the hitch I ordered and realized the ball was not compatible I no longer had the original box the ball came in so it could not be returned, it was also subject to a 20% restocking charge which I did not think was fair either.

I purchased and installed the hitch myself for my Dodge 2500 Mega cab. Carefully measured and marked the hole locations in my bed, just as the directions indicated. Just like that and a short time later I was finished. I like the turnover design and easy-to-follow instructions.

Called customer service, actually spoke with a real person, Karen, and she verified the B&W hitch kit I needed. She gave email updates on my order. It arrived fast and in good condition. Installed B&W gooseneck hitch, holes did not line up as B&W states. I had to drill holes in the frame myself to continue installation. All else went well. Etrailer/Karen 5 stars and B/W 4 stars.

I am not blowing smoke, this is the best website and customer service I have ever experienced ordering online. I ordered a hitch and safety chains and come to find out the safety chains were back ordered. They reached out and recommended different safety chains right away. Unless I wanted to wait for the ones I ordered. I did not go with those chains and canceled the chains all together. The website walked me through so easily on my end to modify my order. Then on their end they replaced the money back into my account from the first purchase and then charged my account for the modification. Within 30 minutes everything was straightened out. Missing hardware took 2 weeks to get new hardware and it was the wrong hardware so I had to go spend extra money and aggravation to buy my own hardware that should have came in the kit

Easy to put in and after a year I’ve had no issues.

I can only give 4 stars because we have not towed our 5th wheel toyhauler with it yet. However I would give a 5 star review for quality,price and customer support.

Install went well. Was shipped the wrong plates with the nuts in them but customer service reacted quickly and got me what the ones I needed.

The local Ford dealer wants $375 for a gooseneck hitch kit that's nowhere near as nice as the B&W one. This is my fourth B&W product and this latest hitch kit doesn't disappoint. I have 2", 2-1/2" and 3" Tow & Stow hitches from B&W, and this is typical made in the USA B&W quality, and the hard case is a nice touch.

The ordering process was easy and the shipment came quicker than expected. Both products (B&W Ball/Safety Chain kit & set of chains) look to be as advertised so I'm happy with the overall purchase. These will be used to tow a 15k fifth wheel RV.

Ordered this after deciding to go with it over a B&W kit due to me not using it a whole lot and the price difference. When I received the package 1/2 the hardware was missing because the inner box it was in was all broke apart and the outer box was not sealed up. So I would have to give the packaging and shipping one star because I had to go spend an extra $75 on grade 8 hardware. The paper directions were not totally clear on several thing so we resorted to the video which helped a lot. The two large carriage bolts that go in the rear cross member are a little deceiving because the video makes it seem like they slip right in. However, the heads were larger than the pass through in the frame rails so it took quite a bit of extra time and ingenuity to get those fished through there with the plates.(The carriage bolts survived shipping so they were what came with the kit). In the video it showed where he cut a large u out of the inner fender to clear the pull handle and notched the bed that looked kind of sloppy. With a few extra measurements you can just cut a hole in both for handle to slide through and give it a much cleaner look. Definitely recommend putting a bolt through receiver holes and using a strap to hold up center plate through hole in bed after you get it into place. Makes life a lot easier until you get the bolt ls in. Overall this hitch works and functions great. Install went pretty smooth with two people and I would recommend it to anyone needing a hitch.

Great product w great instructions. It was an affordable package that installed decently. We have used the hitch for a year now and have had zero issues w it. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was because the cross bars that go between the frame rails needed to have the threaded holes chased w a tap to remove the powder coating prior to installation. I initially tried installing it without chasing the threads and the bolts started to get very tight before the parts even pulled together. Once the threads were clean, everything assembled very well. The hitch takes time to install, at least if you want it to look good and be correct. On a 1500 ram, you will probably need to install some form of helper spring or air bags to prevent the rear from squatting from the weight of the gooseneck trailer…the factory 1500 coil springs are not firm enough on their own.

under bed gooseneck mount 2017 RAM 3500 reg cab diesel 2WD I installed it myself sitting on the ground with the spare tire out. a bit challenging for one small guy . But got-er done. Only residual problem, it ever so slighty touches the exhaust pipe when starting the engine. Hauled my 26' 10000 lb trailer to Michigan and back. Like it much better than the "universal" mount in my 96 Ram 2500 CTD.

I have purchased this turnover ball for my 2019 F250, 2015 F350 as well as the 2015 Chevy 2500 and honestly could not be more impressed! I have chose etrailer for all purchases and I don’t see why I wouldn’t for the next! Extremely impressed with the product and service!

This was not to difficult to install. The most nerve racking part was cutting a hole in the bed of my truck. So far the finish is holding up to the weather and none of the bolts have come loose. Now, I just need to get a Gen Y or Reese Goosebox for my 5th wheel to eliminate the giant hitch in the back of my truck!

My hats off to etrailer for their fast shipping. Placed order on Dec. 17 mid morning and had the order on Dec. 19. I installed this on a 2019 Ford F350 SRW. The installation was fairly easy once the bed is removed. Reese says in the direction you will need an EP 24 plus sockets to remove the bed bolts but I had to use an EP 26 socket. Also the one thing I found miss leading is how etrailer states to get the max capacity out of the hitch is you need the inner frame brackets welded to the frame which is true but you also need another bracket kit 308862 which I did not realize until I look at the installation directions. I would suggest ordering a set of bed bolts and retainer nuts before you start just in case plus they say you are not suppose to reuse them. My 8' bed had 6 - 114mm and 2 - 130mm. The 2 longer bolts were near the tailgate and have different size retainer nut
