My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee used landing pads 18 to mount to the roof my newer 2023 JGC uses landing pad 19. I was able to change the pads thanks to etrailer and install my older roof rack on my newer Jeep. I love that the majority of my roof rack is upgrade-able.

Very simple installation and perfect fit on my Compass. Just snap the metal bracket onto the foot, put the hook at the desired location on your roof rail, and bolt it down. The hooks hold very securely when tightened. I especially like the little labels for front right, front left, etc so when you need to reinstall the rack, you don't have to figure out which rack is in front and which way it goes all over again.

This set up was absolutely perfect for my 2017.5 Jeep Compass MP!

Roof racks work pretty well once I figured out how to correctly assemble them. The locks serve no purpose. You can get by them with an allen wrench. Had delivery problems that you addressed well.

We had been shopping around for roof options for our new 2022 grand Cherokee, when we came across this. For us, the OEM mopar crossbars were ugly - extend about 6 inches from the roof. These are very low profile, and insanely sturdy. Additionally, installation is crazy simple. The only recommendation we have that differs from the instructions - we used the rear set of mounting holes on the factory rails. Using the front set of holes as recommended by the instructions for cross bars meant that ski racks would be too close together, and the ski bindings would not fit. Other than that, very satisfied!

Great quality! They come with two different style bases. One flat, and one that is stepped to account for the raised area near the gutter trim. Good variety of screws to meet your application. My 2015 Mazda 3 (with fixed points) needed the medium length screws. Seems very solid! I left the plastic gutter moldings on and just drilled holes for the screws to go through.

Everything came in a timely manner and ready to install. Looks great, solid rack.

Easy to assemble and install. Love the way etrailer packages everything you need and they all are correct for the vehicle you are mounting them on. Once installed they appear very strong. Installed on a 2023 Chevy Tahoe and did not interfere with the sunroof.

Website is easy to use & is better at putting together the correct package than Thule’s site. etrailer had all the parts in stock for my 2020 Kia Telluride. Payment process was simple. Received periodic updates from staffer on my order & could actually reply if needed. Installing the roof rack went well. Estimate start to finish was about 2 hours. Found it best to really examine each diagram in Thule’s step by step instructions to get it all right on the first try. Hardness part of the installation was getting the crossbars installed at the proper distances. A tailor’s soft measuring tape & some masking were great aids.
