These are perfect for what I needed. In order to get my Jeep in the garage with my RTT is really close. These parts was the answer.
eTrailer has been one of the best and helpful companies I’ve dealt with in a long long time… Erica went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and made sure I was comply satisfied. Kudos to Erica and eTrailer
5 stars! Amazing customer service, quick to correct issues that occurred with shipping that was beyond etrailers control. I highly recommend etrailer to anyone wanting a fair price and outstanding customer service!
Backbone installed- waiting for feet to attach crossbars
Great bars. It's my second pair. Both on jeep Grand cherokee. The pair I put on my 2015 overland didn't whistle at all. This pair I put on my 2020 trailhawk whistled starting at 20mph and changed pitch throughout the acceleration process and while causing. I bought a fairing and the problem is solved. At least for now. I put the fairing on wit the label in. Looks better and Rhino Rack isn't paying me to advertise. The fairing they recommended seemed small but works so go with whatever they recommend.
These are very durable mounting points! My suggestion for the manufacturer is to engineer this in such a way that it can be a quick install & removal without having to remove bolts or replace it with a cap when removing from my vehicle. Perhaps it's just me and my fat fingers, but it's difficult for me to get my fingers in the mount to remove the bolts once their loosened.
Love the low profile
Bought all parts for complete Rhino Rack roof rack for my 2022 Kia Soul Turbo. I got the 46" Vortex Aero Crossbars that were originally suggested on the etrailer website instead of the 54" listed on the RR website. The 46" bars work the best for me. The 54" would be wider than the car. All parts are well engineered. Other reviews have been critical of the finish on the bars as being easy to scratch. I think that is one area where the quality could be improved. Installation was a little more involved than I anticipated but still a doable DIY. I think the RCL leg system is probably the most challenging to install. I have ordered quit a few items from etrailer, and as previously experienced, all etrailer staff that I interacted with were very friendly, helpful and professional.
I purchased the full set of cross bars, legs, end caps, kayak carrier, and antenna mount for my 2019 Grand Cherokee. I am pleased. These products are by far one of the best after market items you get. The quality is top shelf. Thank you etrailer for carrying these products from Rhino Rack.
Easy to install on Mazda CX-5-used a measuring tape, utility knife, small wrench, and flat screw driver (taped end to remove roof weather strip) . A second set of hands was helpful as well. I did have to drill a hole into the weather strip so that it fits over the attachment bolt.
My first time installing a roof rack. It’s light weight and doesn’t create a lot of wind noise. The bars themselves have a weatherstrip you install which I’d rather was not the case due to Human error-longevity of weather seal. I’ll be using it to transport a kayak. We’ll see how long this holds up.
The only complaint I have about the crossbars is that it causes a high pitch sound. I've been meaning to contact you about a possible solution. Pls advise.
Other than that they are just fine.

I do have a couple of suggestions for you to help combat the whistling. The first would be to make sure that the rubber strips in the top channel are present and firmly in the channel. If they need to be replaced, we have them available in 15.75-inch-long strips as part # RRM626. Or you can consider adding a fairing to the roof rack with part # RRRF4. It attaches to the front cross bar and helps make it more aero dynamic to move the airflow up and over the bars.
Good Service. These were purchased as lower profile legs for Aero bars or a platform. They fit backbone roof castings by trimming the small tabs, sanding the base flat and crafting rubber gaskets.
Salvaged old Rhino Aerobars with new Rhino roof kit from eTrailer. They have everything! Thanks eTrailer!
Install was easy. Just make sure that you follow the instructions provided with the fit kit and take your time. Product is well manufactured. Service was excellent as always
So far, so good. Assembly and installation was a breeze. Seems like a sturdy, product with many years of life in its future.

The rack bars have held up, but its a little disappointing that it whistles on our 2015 Toyota Highlander. Even with the anti-whistling s installed, and without the any other racks installed on the bars, it makes quite a loud noise.
Very easy to setup and put together. My experience as a first time buyer from etrailer was perfect a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. I will definitely be shopping from yall throughout the years. Thank you, also thank you for making videos it made the process so much easier.

Product is still working great and in great shape - aside from the expected wear-&-tear from the canoe. There is a whistling from wind moving over the crossbars at 30 mph & above however, this is not that bothersome to me. At some point I will likely purchase etrailers product that mitigates this whistling.
