The base took me a while to put together, it's a good idea to have your trailer handy to set the position of the pivot arms when putting this together, it's not terribly difficult to adjust them if needed. Towing with it is very simple and I don't hear any rattling, pretty nice setup.

I tow a 16000 lb fifth wheel and this adapter works perfectly. It's easy to hook up and I had a RV place in Arizona install it and they did so for less than $100. The tow rating on this is about 20 thousand pounds I believe so I'm well within the limits Towing this trailer. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who is towing a fifth-wheel within the rated tow range.

5th wheel adapter plate fits perfect in ball socket. The hitch which I'am mounting to the adapter has a solid bottom, it will not allow the hitch to mount to the rails. I was wondering if you sold a 2" spacer kit # 46250 for a ts3 Trailer saver hitch? If so how much is it. Rubber Pads were put on backwards so the stuck to the box instead of hitch. can I get 4 pads? got my curt companion hitch for goose neck to Reese 5th wheel delivered as i was told it would be and i installed it with wife's help in less time than it took to get it out of the box.

This is my first 5th wheel but I have several other gooseneck trailers that I tow on a regular basis. I didn't want to have to switch back and forth so I bought this adapter. I have a long bed but I have a chase rack on it that goes up over the cab. I really didn't want to have to remove it every time I wanted to tow my new toy hauler so I got the offset hitch. Install was very straight forward. Took me about 40 min. to install. The hardest part was getting the bolts in as mine has the long pin box and it was all I could do to reach the holes. I don't have very many miles on it but it tows great. I didn't notice any difference from my other gooseneck trailers.

Work great sorry didn't get chance to take pictures everything went pretty quick. Got the job done.

Installation was a breeze. I have not towed with it yet, but am sure it will perform as expected.

The Reese Goose box (94920) arrived earlier than promised when I ordered it from etrailer.com. It was brand new in a sealed box. I mention this because many vendors like to pass around "returned" items as new so I'm very happy it arrived in "new" condition sealed in the manufacturer's container and not a torn/opened and resealed box. I had contacted etrailer.com customer support prior to placing the order to make sure I was getting the right equipment for my specific situation, as well as to consider any alternatives. They were extremely helpful and seemed to provide one-on-one support through the shopping, ordering, and shipping phases. The hitch has not been installed on the 5th wheel yet, but I will update this review after it's been in use for a few months so this review reflects how well the product performs and how it holds up.

I had an issue with this not sitting all the way down into by gooseneck. I have to place my backhoe bucket down into this for my bolts to engage...What a pain in the neck. Wish there was a easy way to fix this, but I feel the only way is to mill the piece or shim my existing gooseneck under the bed.

Fits perfectly into curt goose neck hitch. My reese 5th wheel hitch fits on the rails perfect. I haul dirt bikes in my truck so being able to take the rails out is perfect..... nothing in the way of loading or unloading

This adapter allowed me to quickly install a fifth wheel hitch in my single wheel shortbed truck which had a gooseneck hitch without any extra installation work, other than just dropping it in. Easily installed and has worked well with a slider hitch.
