Does not operate very smoothly. You really need to slam it in when sliding back or forward to get latch to lock. Called Factory and was told to flip over and lube rollers. Not much better. Had to do over again would look at other products. Not impressed!

Great hitch. Very high quality and heavy duty. I pull a 35 ft Jayco fifth wheel and have had no problems with it so far. I would purchase a B&W product again no question.

Was as described very heavy, I would have given 5 stars but after installing I tried to take up. Not gonna happen unless I have some kind of hoist.

Too heavy for one person to install unless you did what I had to do (alone without any help). Removed the bolt from the tailgate end of the roller tubes, pulled the tubes out and separated the upper assemble from the lower bed contact assembly. Doing that allowed me to lift each piece into the bed without tracking down a neighbor.

Great design and sturdy! I just is on a 2021 ram 2500 6.4 8' bed installing when great, nothing a single person can't handle. I would recommend to anyone.

Everything seems very good so far. Very fast delivery. One damaged box but everything seems fine and nothing missing. I have the hitch together and ready to mount in the truck bed at this point. [Thumbs Up]

Very impressed with this hitch . I was a little thrown off by how heavy it really is but it looks great and feels split . The head price is really smooth as it rolls around. It should really help with towing noised and chucking .

I have not towed with it yet but the build quality is excellent. The finish is perfect. The slider function is very smooth. It was very easy to get in the truck, but not sure that is unique to any modern puck system. The cotter pin on the castle bolts on the puck locking handles were a bit finicky. It is heavy, but not as heavy as I thought. I think I have a few more years in me for moving it myself!

my companion 5th wheel hitch(rvk3370) hitch was delivered on 3/11, I installed it in a couple hours on 3/12. It was a piece of cake, the delivery was made with a lift gate truck that I back my truck up to and had the driver lower the lift gate down onto my tailgate, I unpackaged the hitch and was able to Maneuver it by myself into the puck system on my truck, I have the slider hitch so much heavier than the standard one, but still very easy for my 65 year old body to handle, the B t W was the only hitch I considered because of the ruggedness and quality of their products my truck is a 2023 Ford F 350

Needed a new set up for my 2020 GM 2500 with standard bed. I think the 20,000# B&W is going to work out great. I elected not to use a slider hitch based on successful past experience with my previous truck pulling my 5th wheel. The B&W is well made, high quality and intuitive products. I did nottice this hitch is not as adjustable as the previous Patriot 16k but I think it will work fine.

Just got back from a two-week road trip out west, the new trailer hitch performed without a snag! Easy docking and undocking, very nice to have a nice smooth ride. We are very impressed and thankful for an excellent product. The package in which the hitch arrived was in pretty rough shape, but all the pieces arrived. There is one place on the deck itself where it took some scuffing of the paint from whatever it was banged on during shipping. We are going to have to touch up that place to keep it from rusting in the elements. All in all, this was a great buy. Thanks

The trailer hitch is perfect and it is used all the time pulling an RV. If I do this again I will do it at the same place.

Install was easy and the hitch performs perfectly. I have ZERO complaints. Even a year later, it performs great.

This product is extremely well built and designed specifically for my Chevy 2500 that was pre-rigged at the factory for a 5th wheel hitch. Easy to install and the directions provide alot of the double checks you need to be sure you install this thing correctly. Easily done if you read the directions. Great overall buy and with a standard length bed I am very pleased with the turning radius that I have with my 5th wheel.

Just got my first 5th wheel and had a friend tell me about B&W hitches. Found this one for my 2023 Chevy 2500 with puck system installed. Ordered it and received it within a week at the campground. Had a few friends help installing it and it fit like a glove. Very easy to follow instructions, and within an hour or so it was in and adjusted. Will try it out before we leave the park for next destination just to make sure all is well. As of now I think this is a very well made hitch that should last a long time, and the price was very competitive with others.

My first time ever using a 5th wheel hitch and it could not have been easier. I did a lot of research to find the correct hitch for our need. Malakai was very helpful and knowledgeable about the hitch. My 2500HD had the factory puck system installed so the hitch was installed and ready to use in less than one hour including the assembly. The delivery was a couple days late, but other suppliers charged a $200 delivery fee. I was glad to save the $200 with trailer.

Purchase and delivery went very smoothly and was right on time. Hitch was packaged very well. Works exactly as advertised. Got the slider hitch as recommended by eTrailer, good recommendation. Due to the weight of the hitch it requires two people or hoist mechanism to install it.

I received my #20000 curt hitch with slider rail a couple of days ago. The problem is I received two slider rails and no top hitch. I called etrailer to inquire about the shipment. The folks on the line were very helpful. They reordered the hitch head and made arrangements to have the extra slider rail picked up at my house which will happen in a couple of days if all goes well. Mistakes happen and I will see how it is corrected. I will wright another review when the hitch head arrives.

A great price shipped fast via freight. No issues with broken boxes as many others have mentioned. First fifth wheel for me, assembly and install into the factory Ford pucks was amazingly easy. Do not know for certain if the slider will be necessary for our new Arctic Wolf camper. We may swap out for stationary legs if we can get away with it. I love etrailer!

I recently purchased a Reese M5 20K hitch for my new Silverado 3500HD, Crew Cab, 8’ bed. As usual, Etrailer pricing was very good and with free shipping to boot. The hitch arrived via UPS in just a few days after placing the order. Following the detailed instructions provided by Reese, the install into the factory “puck” system, was fairly straight forward. However, a word of caution concerning the install. There are 4 15/16” bolts that need to be torqued to 220-foot pounds and are somewhat difficult to get to. Fortunately, I was able to borrow a torque wrench that would accommodate the recommended foot pounds of torque. Also, you may have an issue if you need to place the hitch at its highest position. The release handle might protrude above the bed rails of your truck in this position. This will be a problem if you have a bed cover. Reese is/was well aware of this issue and sells an after-market handle that will correct this issue. Etrailer lists this handle on their Web page.

Installed in a 2018 GMC 3500 LB SRW Overall it was really easy to put together. Its light enough move in and out and very sturdy. I did not have a clearance issue with the Backflip cover regarding the stock handle. See pics. Just a heads up, I had an issue with the threading in the legs, etrailer was very understanding and sent me out replacements supper fast. I contacted Reese regarding paint guncked up in the threading and they were aware of the issue, they recommended running a wire brush or a tap to clean it out.
