Price from etrailer was good as always. Directions were nice and clear. Ended up doing my own trimming and was able to save one fastener location and more of the panels. Hitch itself was decent overall. Very solid, the wide brackets were the same thickness of the class 3 I bought at the same time for my truck. Had a missing chunk of paint on the visible edge of the safety chain bracket and started surface rusting the first time it rained. Will have to sand and paint that. Would be nice if they gave 2 long and 2 short pull wires instead of just 4 short ones you have to twist together (minor gripe, I know).

Fit perfect on my 2019 Kia Forte LXS. Had to drill 2 holes. In all took about an hour.

It fit my 2024 Kia forte GT line perfectly! It was a complicated install requiring drilling and trimming of the bumper flashing. I'm very happy with the way it turned out though!

We ordered the #13526 Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" for my Hyundai Tuscan. It was easy to install, very sturdy and well made. We had no issues hooking up our mobility scooter carrier and ramp for my mom's scooter to the hitch. It works perfect. It’s been a year, the hitch has performed flawlessly. It installed easily, and fir great. I’m a mechanic, and have installed dozens of trailer hitches. This truly was made for the car. And the harness I also ordered fit perfectly too. I just wish I’d ordered the ball from you guys too.

I have been dealing with etrailer for many years and have never had a problem. I just ordered a hitch for my Lincoln, and it didn't fit. I called on a Sunday and talked with Diana. Diana said there were were two different hitches for my car that year. She said no problem, she sent the correct one out that day and gave me a prepaid tag to return the wrong one, no questions asked. 2013 Ford Edge Sport Pro Tip: There are two (2) carriage bolts that are longer than the other four (4). The instructions indicate to use these for the holes that you will drill though I’m not entirely sure it matters. Still, if you want to do it by the book, double check your bolts before installing. Otherwise a straightforward and easy install.

Installed just as the videos showed on my 2019 Kia Sportage. I did not need to take off forward muffler hanger on my 2019 Kia Sportage... just the rear two. From ordering to watching the recommended videos, great packaging and easy install with one person, thank you etrailer.com for an excellent experience. It took me 1 1/2 hours with no problems but I’m a very thorough worker:-) Very happy I did it myself! Using it for bike rack with the recommended straps.

The hitch works great and was glad you included the anti-wobble clap with the order. The price was great and after a year using it to tote my bike around, it still performs great.
