Quick response. Just sent a picture of the Kwikee step with year and make and model of motorhome and the correct step motor was sent. cheaper than manufacturer. Not too hard to install and works great!!

Motor is a perfect match and replacement for my OEM motor. Would suggest placing the 3 bolts in a small plastic bag and not left free to bang around in the box. Shipping was free, ordered on July 2nd received on July 11th in NV. Motor is smooth and very quiet, works like a charm. Thanks Guys

I haven’t had a chance to install the parts I purchased because they are for my motor home which has been put in storage. I have no worries that they are what I need.

The product was exactly as described and was shipped and delivered very quickly. We had a steer tire blow out on our Toter that managed to damage the mechanism for our step, and this was exactly what I needed to fix it. 10/10 will continue to do business with etrailer!

Perfect fit for my 2014 A.C.E. 27.1 with the 28 series step.

Just installed the kit this afternoon and everything working. Everywhere I read said you must change the magnetic switches, but when I put power to the step it worked before I had a chance to change the switches, it works in all modes with the old switches.

I installed this kit on a customers RV and he happy it works great. I have not heard from him for any warranty or complaint. I will use this company when needed.

The United States post office didn’t do so good but that’s not their fault. They did an excellent job Parts fantastic and works great.

I gave this a 5 because it was exactly what it said it would be. However, and advice for others purchasing this. I do not understand why companies that manufacture and sell things such as this want to be cheap and not supply something as simple as replacement nuts and bolts. If you are spending this amount of money, please spend an extra nickel and give us new fasteners. I misplaced the nut that goes on this and had to make a last minute run to get another one. Personally, I prefer to put new fasteners on a new equipment piece anyway. Listen up companies!

This kit was just what I needed. The steps work like new and the installation was very straight forward. I think the price was reasonable and installation time was a little over an hour and I cleaned everything well.

Exact oem replacement for the steps on my Tiffin. Once installed, they worked like new and are quieter and stronger.
