Ball mount kit arrived quickly (within a few days) upon placing order online. Parts were shipped loose in box and bottom flap on box was open when received. Fortunately, all the parts were still in box and in good condition. Kit includes ball mount hardware I need to pull trailers with different hitch heights.

I bought a trailer hitch for 2014 Subaru Forester. I installed the hitch and wiring harness myself in less than an hour. The product matched descriptions perfectly and thanks to the vehicle specific video installation tutorials these products are a breeze to install. Had a great year and attached two bike racks, one ski hitch, and one small trailer with ease also thanks to the accessory ball mount kit.

Needed to pull a 5x8 trailer with a 22 forester. This ball mount had the perfect rise to brink the hitch ball to 18 & 3/4” at the center of the ball.

This drawbar was clearly used. See the picture. I asked etrailer about it and sent this picture but the person that replied, Noah, thought it must have been bumped around in shipping. If shipping caused this much damage, it's a poor quality product. If it was, in fact, used, then etrailer lied to me. Either way...not good.

Perfect hitch for my 2015 Subaru Forester. Put the ball in the right place!

This hitch has worked perfectly on my Subaru for over a year now. Last summer I pulled my tear drop trailer around the country with no problems and the finish on the hitch still looks like new. I would recommend this hitch to a friend.

Looks heavy duty. Great price and even better customer service. It shipped fast and I received it acday sooner than I was told. This was my 2nd order with etrailer.com and it won’t be my last.

I would give five stars but due to what looks like packaging problems the hitch came very marred and the coating chipping off.

I just received the Kit for towing from my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4xe and am very happy with it. I looked first at ordering the "factory" Mopar kit for it, but it was not in stock anywhere and was more expensive.
