I have been using "Coil Cables" for over 30 years. I always tell people about them and suggest over any chain set out there. The coil keeps the cables from dragging the ground and getting chewed up by the road. I suggest the use of 1/2 inch, Grade 8 hardware to attach to your trailer. If you do not have Grade 8 hardware then jump into your car and go get some. Nothing less is sufficient for the task. Do not sell yourself short on attachments.
