Curt Clamp-On Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - 2" Ball Mounts
It broke, (the tension handle snapped off) the first time I used it, which was 45-60 days after I purchased it. Nether Curt nor etrailer provided any warranty relief since it was 30 days post sale. It's in a landfill now, and I won't buy from either company again.
A frustrating experience. I bought this bike rack hoping that it would be a really good fit for our needs. We went on a road trip where we were going to camp as we went. Towing a small trailer I mounted the rack on the back of our Honda Element. I had trouble getting the bikes (two) to ride high enough off the road. On the first day of the trip I had to stop at a bike shop to replace a tire that had melted as it had been rubbing on the tailpipe along the way. I also had a major challenge connecting the rubber straps because they were so stiff. Now, I am getting older and just don't have the strength I had in my younger days, but still I just think they are too stiff (I wasn't the only one that had trouble getting these things on...we finally got them on between me, my wife, and the bike tech). It ended up being a frustrating trip. We ended up not using the bikes due to the difficulty we had adjusting the rack. Sorry for a poor review. It is partially my own fault because I could have chosen a different rack in the first place.

Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Fast delivery, great service, reasonable prices & one happy customer
Just received my new Bike Rack and have un-packaged it. Although I have not mounted it to my truck just yet I must sat that I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials and workmanship that went into the production of this bike rack. Quite honestly for the great price I was not expecting anything so well built. This bike rack will be mounted in front of my truck (2 inch front hitch), so that I can haul my 5th wheel and still take my bike with me. I feel confident that I should have no problems. Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Matte Black
Love this rack and use it every day on my Toyota Tundra pickup. I ride my cruiser on the beach and loading/unloading bike/s is really easy. I travel to riding locations as well and even at highway speeds, two bikes remain secure and wobble-free. My bikes are expensive and the stand-up mode of securing them means no worn paint or scratches. If any complaint it's not made for the salty air here in FL and certain parts corrode...even with daily rinsing off. The rack is perfect for the fat and oversized wheels on bikes I've owned...even heavier ebikes...WILL BUY IT AGAIN.
Arrived very quickly and in good condition. Working with etrailer was great - they are on the ball, unlike some other retailers. The product was as expected, although I took off a point for really poor instructions. If Kuat had just taken a little bit of time to provide more details, it would make the job so much quicker. I haven't yet tested the rack with bikes, but is installed and all the bits seem to work as promised. One point thatI don't like is that the locking pin that attaches the unit to the hitch is really long and doesn't have anything that would keep if from rattling. I put in my own rubber spacer to hopefully eliminate any rattles, but it seems like adding a couple rubber washers to the kit to help prevent rattles would be an easy and inexpensive solution.

Swagman XTC4 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Rack is very sturdy and heavy duty. Instructions were terrible. Locking hitch pin would not thread correctly and ended up damaging it. Thankfully the threads on rack were fine and I was able to use the non-locking threaded pin. Would like a replacement locking pin ASAP
For the price, it's a good-quality, sturdy bike rack. I have used it about 5-7 times with no issues. I only used it for one adult and two kids' bikes, but I am sure it can handle four bikes as advertised. It's great that the rack folds upwards when it's not required.

Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Excellent product, well packed, well explained on hard copy! ( Not some crazy website you have to go to )
Works for my fat tire bike. Once it's set up, it's easy to install and remove. I had to cut out some of the plastic cladding on the underside of my bumper on my 2014 Subaru Outback. Good value. I've had no issues.

Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
The bike rack is superb. I had to order a set of replacement straps because I did not realize that over time, vibration would cause the spokes to cut into the rubber on the straps. Now, I just make sure the straps are not rubbing against the spokes. The rack held up well from Pennsylvania to Florida and back with two bikes in it, and is easy to put on and off the trailer hitch on my Silverado pickup. I haven't used the frame adapter very often, simply because I found a workaround. But when I do use it, it works quickly, simply and as advertised.
Great product every thing looks as though it is built well easy assy, have not used yet but will with a trip to Florida in a week. You people said the rack would ship in 24-48 hours I had the items in my hands in less than 48 hours thankyou for the good service. Wayne A.
Yakima Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2012 Chevrolet Silverado
Speaker 1: Today, on our 2012 Chevrolet Silverado, we're going to be taking a look at Yakama four-timer four-bike platform rack. And that's going to be part number Y02469. As you can see, we do have a bike installed, so let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. Now, like a lot of platform-style racks, this one can tilt from the vehicle. How we're going to do that is we're going to pull this gray pin on the other side like that and let it hang there. We're going to come to this red pin right here and pull that out and then we can tilt it away. You do want to keep in mind that when it's installed on your truck, when you open your tailgate, you are going to make contact with the bike right there. So if you we're trying to get into the bed of your truck to get maybe some cargo or some gear, whatever you might need, you will have to keep that in mind that you'll have to come from the side of your vehicle or probably have to hold open your tailgate and grab whatever you need. Now we're going to tilt it back up.
What our customers are saying:
"I ordered a trailer hitch and bike rack for my 2002 Pontiac Grand AM. Got both in less than a week and the total package delivered to my door was $10.00 cheaper than what I was quoted for just the trailer hitch at other stores. (great service and great price)"
