When a vehicle sits, the battery slowly drops until it wont start when you need it. This charger uses a 4-step program that charges, tests, and then maintains your battery automatically. Once the battery is full, it switches to maintenance mode so you can leave it connected without overcharging.
You do not have to keep separate chargers around for different setups. This unit works with 12V lead-acid batteries, including STD, AGM, and GEL, along with 12.8V and 13.2V lithium LiFePO4 batteries. It is sized for smaller batteries from 2Ah to 15Ah, which makes it a good fit for motorcycles, ATVs, and similar equipment.
Built-in protection includes spark suppression, automatic shut-off if the charger is disconnected or short-circuited, and a 15-amp fuse to help protect electronics. You can use the included clamps for quick connections or install the eyelets for a more permanent setup.

Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer. Today we're gonna take a look at the OptiMate 1 DUO bronze series AC to 12-volt DC battery charger. Now, your 12-volt battery that sit unused could slowly lose charge and capacity. So this ate one dual charger. We use a four-step charging algorithm that'll automatically charge, analyze, test, and maintain your battery without overcharging, adjust the output based on your battery condition, helping extend the battery life and improve the performance.
Now ,this kit will include everything I have laid out here on the table. It includes this AC plugin battery charger with a 10-foot long cord with an SAE connector on the end here. It includes the battery clamp connector with a 6-foot long cord and it includes a permanent eyelet connector with a 20-inch long cord. Now, this charger will support 12-volt lead acid batteries, including standard, AGM, and gel along with the lithium LiFePO4 and LFP batteries used for engine start and deep cycle application. It is designed for batteries from 2 amp hours to 15 amp hours and can recharge batteries up to 15-amp hours within 24 hours.
What's really nice on this, when you plug it in, it has the three lights that'll light up and track the charging status so you can see where it's at. It is safe to leave connected. The built-in safety feature on this features included spark suppression, automatic shutdown if short circuited or disconnected, and it even comes with a 15-amp fuse to protect the electronics. The battery clamps we mentioned here, this will offer a quick connection. You just plug in the SAE connectors and then clamp onto your battery.
And if you want a more permanent setup, you can use the eyelet here. Again, plug into your SAE connector, put the eyelets onto the battery. You can leave it connected.
