Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a quick look together at our Taylor Made EcoBlast Rechargeable Air Horn. So folks, this is a chemical-free US Coast Guard-compliant air horn, and it's gonna give you a nice audible distress signal alert of emergencies up to a mile away. And what's neat about this kit is that it uses a refillable trader valve built into the bottom of the can, and that's gonna let you recharge this time and time again so you don't have to keep buying another air canister or something like that. And you can simply use a handheld bicycle pump, any kind of air compressor, those kind of things, and it works great.
If you want to purchase that Taylor Made Mini Air Pump, that's sold separately. 3-6-9-6-1-7 is the item number for that. Again, item number 3-6-9-6-1-7. Now this, again, works with most air compressors or bicycle pumps, eco-friendly. It's not gonna release harmful gases into the air, it's not gonna ignite if it's been stored around heat sources, and it works in extreme temperatures.
I am gonna give it a quick blast today. (air horn honks) There we go. And again, it's easy to activate. You can hold it in any position and activate it as well. And the plastic bottom is not gonna leave rust rings on the boat surfaces and those kind of things, so it's a great option.

This is a present, have not used it as of yet
We have predators out in our woods (we're happy they are there) but we needed a way to scare them on the rare occasion that they might approach us. A park ranger recommended an air horn, but ecologically I did not want a one use gas filled one. This one uses a bike pump and is rechargeable! We tried it out - it's nice and loud. We carry it with us in the woods. Great idea!
Bought this to replace an old (very) ECO refillable horn.

Minimal external parts (no hoses to age and break)
Would like a "safety" on the push button to avoid issues in a moving sailboat but the button takes some pressure to activate so hopefully not a problem.
Would buy again.
