Replace lost or damaged external eyes on your bimini top so you can connect the 3/4" diameter support poles to the jaw slides or deck hinges. Eyes slide over poles and secure with set screws. Chromed zamak is sturdy and corrosion resistant.

Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the Taylor Made Bimini top external eye ends. These are designed to work with your three-fourths inch Bimini top support poles. They're going to allow you to attach your support poles to securely support your Bimini boat top. These are made of a chromed zamak, so they're going to hold up very well for you.
You're not going to have to worry about rust or corrosion or anything like that.The external eye ends here, they are going to attach to your poles. You can see inside we've got the little hex screw. Once you back that out, you can insert your pole into the opening there, and then tighten that hex screw down again with a one-eighth inch hex key. The way these work, you'll have a deck hinge like this one. Just take the bolt out, line up the holes, pass the bolt through both of them, tighten that down.That's going to give you your hinge feature so that you can open and close the Bimini top.
It's not only going to work with your top-mounted deck hinges. It's also going to work with your side-mounted deck hinge. Just attach it there onto that screw.It can also work with your jaw slides. Put this on your pole, and then again, just attach your eye end into that there. The eye opening is one quarter of an inch, so it should accommodate most of your deck hinge screws.
Our total length overall, it's going to be right about one and seven-eighths of an inch. And this kit does come with the two eye ends. That's going to complete our look at the Taylor Made Bimini top external eye ends..
